My kidneys weren't working as I was suffering a lot from fluid retention and also from the sciatic nerve. I Had some tension in my shoulders too.
I was given some acupuncture plus sacral therapy in the first session. More acupuncture in the second session. I'm planning on going for one more treatment as it's certainly helping me, and think I'll be ok to work on it alone then, as I was given some tips and advice to work on it myself also.

A real interest is shown to get your health right. I wasn't pushed into making more appointments after the first one, I just knew I needed another one or two to give the treatment a fair chance.
