The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

Just 3 months ago, I made the best decision. I had gastric sleeve surgery. If you’re thinking about it just make sure you’re mentally ready. I've lost 25 kgs over 3 months. I still continue to lose. My surgery was a success, I'm really happy with my decision. Can't thank my doctor and the whole team enough.

Ich war vor einem Jahr bei Dr. Cem Arslan. Habe eine Magenverkleinerung Operation bekommen. Seitdem habe ich 50 Kilo abgenommen. Ich danke Dr. Cem Arslan. Er war sehr kompetent und fürsorglich. Auch die Nachsorge und nach Untersuchungen waren toll. Ich habe mich nie alleine gefühlt. Immer noch wenn ich Fragen habe, kommen die Antworten promt. Ich bin so froh das ich bei ihm war. Ich danke auch Zeynep seine Assistentin. Sie ist so toll. Immer für mich da. Ich kann jedem, der diese Operation machen möchte empfehlen die bei Dr. Cem Arslan an zu machen.

I had my surgery with Aktif at vital hospital with Dr Ibrahim Agackiran on the 4th of July 2023. Dr Ibrahim is great, seems to know what he’s doing and is very professional. The surgery went well, and I’m currently down 7 kg in 1 week!! Here are some pros and cons of the surgery and some things to think about if you want to have the surgery. Pros: +The surgeons/doctors at the facility are very professional and good at their job. +The guide/translator Luca was great, super nice and helpful. +I feel great after the surgery but it's a huge adjustment. +They’ve been very helpful at answering all my questions now afterwards and they are quick to reply to you. Cons: - Most of the nurses at the facility don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate with them but they are very friendly and try their best to help you. -I wasn't given proper info/instructions about my medications (especially the blood thinner syringes I had to give myself). I had to kinda figure it out on my own. I wish they would have shown me how to do it while I was at the hospital. -I wasn’t told how to properly care for the wounds/incisions after the surgery so two of them are infected now. I tried to care for them to the best of my ability and they will hopefully clear out in a couple of days with the antibiotics. -Doctors in Sweden don’t want to help me as much now because I’ve had surgery abroad.

I have just returned home having had laser eye surgery through Sam Patient Services. I had initially thought I would have it done in the UK but I was quoted £4,500 so I decided to research going to Turkey - I have previously been to Izmir but via a different company. Having done my research I decided to contact Sam patient services where my coordinator (Murat)asked for information about my eyesight, general health questions etc and I sent them an eye report from the opticians so that the surgeon could review all the information to see if I was suitable. I was also advised that there were several options for laser eye surgery (all explained individually along with the prices and what was included I.e. accommodation, breakfast etc) and that this could be discussed with the surgeon as to which would be more suitable for me. The surgeon confirmed that I was suitable and I would be able to have the procedure in around 3 weeks time! I then paid a small deposit to secure my booking but the remaining balance would need to be pain in sterling on arrival - this is common practice in Turkey. On arrival to Izmir I was collected from the airport via VIP taxi service who took me to the hotel - the Ramada Encore. The hotel was lovely and I had a sea view room on the 17th floor. After a short time my coordinator arrived to take payment and explained we would then go to the eye hospital (only 5 minutes away). I had several tests at the eye hospital and everything was explained to me at all stages in the process. The English spoken was very good. I was then introduced to the eye surgeon who explained more about the procedures and I decided to have the ‘Smile’ surgery. I was told I was able to have the surgery in around an hours time! I was transferred with another representative from Sam (everyone I met from Sam spoke excellent English and were lovely!) via hospital minibus to the central location to have the surgery. I was gowned up and given some eye drops and pain relief before the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery and the surgeon spoke to me (again in very good English!) throughout the procedure which was very quick. Afterwards it was explained to me about taking my eye drops and medication and I was given protective glasses to wear and potential side effects. My eyes were a bit blurry afterwards and I just wanted to close them - it had been a long day so I made sure I had all the medication and went to sleep! I was booked in for a check up the next morning where I met the surgeon again who confirmed everything was a success and confirmed my eyes would continue to improve over the next 3 months. I could see so much better already! I was also given information on the procedure to take home with me along with further medication. The next day I did a tour to Ephesus which Sam patient services arranged and would recommend. The following day I returned home! It’s amazing the difference it has made already - my issue was distance and astigmatism. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam Patient Services and would contact them again if I wanted any further procedures. I felt reassured the whole time and anytime I needed to speak to my coordinator they were really responsive to my questions. I have not been paid for this review but believe that when good service is received it should be recognised.

I spoke to Irem nearly a year before my surgery. She was the first person I had spoken to when I was doing my research that didn't just want to talk money with me. She asked how I was!!! Everyone at the hospital is lovely, and kind and can not do enough. I would advise anyone to use this hospital. Nothing is too much bother. I am 4 months in and 5 stone down. I have dropped from a size 22/24 to a size 12/14 and got my life back. I could not be more happy with the choice I made.

Sehr gut organisiertes Krankenhaus, freundliches Personal auf allen Ebenen. In den Krankenhaus herrscht ein gutes Betriebsklima, da hält man sich gerne auf. Mit der Lieben Julia war ich sehr besonders zufrieden. Sie ist menschlich, freundlich, kompetent und besitzt die Fähigkeit gut zu erklären und Ängste zu nehmen. Julia geht heute immer noch sofort auf meine Probleme ein und berät mich dementsprechend. Sie ist „die Ehrlichkeit“. Sehr zu Empfehlen! Vielen lieben Dank liebe Julia ♥️

I had VSG with Clinichub on the 12/10/2020 and I couldn’t be happier with my results and the service I received from Clinichub. From the time I was picked up from the airport to surgery day I felt like I was in safe hands and if I had any questions; I always had someone to clarify things for me. The hotel was amazing and nurses and doctors check up on you regularly even at the hotel. Currently my dietician communicates with me on a daily basis and checks up on what I’m eating and how I’m feeling. I would definitely recommend Clinichub to anyone looking to have VSG surgery, you won’t be disappointed.

I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment I stepped off the plane I was looked after and made to feel so welcome and safe. The surgeons were absolutely amazing, the nurses were attentive and so caring, I don’t have a bad word to say. If your like me and looking for a safe place outside the u.k to have surgery and change your life this the place to go. I will definitely be going back if I need any body contouring after I lose all this weight!

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.

Cannot thank my coordinator Fatih Ozturk enough for all the help, all the arranging, the checking in with me and making sure I'm okay, especially as I travelled alone for my surgery from the UK. Equally I cannot put into words how grateful I am for all the staff at Istanbul obesity academy that have cared for me during my for 4 day stay for my gastric sleeve surgery, they were fantastic and so caring towards me. I was recommended to this clinic by my friend who had used them for her gastric sleeve in September and I'm so glad I went ahead. From start to finish from booking surgery, flights, airport transfers to and from the hospital has all been so smooth. I'm so happy with my decision and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of having surgery there. Please note I am British and flew out to Istanbul from the UK.

I have just had a gastric sleeve. What an experience from being picked up by Rus in a beautiful air-conditioned luxury minibus to arriving at the hospital and being welcomed by the staff. I showed my passport and gave my details. Then I was taken to my private air-conditioned room with wardrobe and on suite bathroom. I had my blood taken and then told to rest as it was late in the evening. The next morning I was taken for various tests and scans. I also met the surgeon who made me very relaxed and explained everything to me. I was given a gown and surgical stockings. My time came and I had my surgery. The clinic is very professional and the nurses were very attentive. I can’t thank them enough I would highly recommend elective surgery here.

Hello, I'm doing well now after 5 months of My surgery, I never regret my choice for choosing your hospital for my surgery. Everything goes well and now I achieve My goal of losing 22 kilos. The result is awesome😍

I recently had gastric sleeve surgery at BHT clinic and I had a great experience. From getting picked up from the airport and taken to the hospital, which is like a five star hotel, to the professionalism of the translator, the nurses 24/7 care and the surgeon checking on me every day after the surgery. I really couldn’t fault it. I had my own room with bathroom and I could even take a companion if I wanted to ( they just would have had to pay for their flight). There was food service and they even provided assistance in the airport on my return home. I would definitely recommend it and I am considering it for plastics after I reach my weight goal.

I had Vaser Liposuction at JFS Clinic in September. I was meeting with many clinics and it was very difficult to choose, but thanks to my assistant's quick response to all my questions and our online meeting with the surgeon, I decided to choose this clinic. I made the right decision, the whole process went smoothly, from being met at the airport to pre-operative tests and doctor's check-ups. I highly recommend this Clinic.

From start to finish, I cannot express how fantastic my experience was. From my first bit of contact with Mel, through to my post-op care. Mel was always very quick to reply to my messages and answer any questions I had before travelling to Turkey from the UK. From the moment I arrived at the hospital, all of the staff were lovely. All of my pre-op tests were nice and quick. And I had my operation within 12 hours of arriving. My surgeon was fantastic. Always explained everything thoroughly. Checked on me a couple of times a day after my operation. The nurses and cleaners were always on top of everything. And the nurses on night shift were great. A few times I had some nausea and they were there straight away giving me anti-sickness medication. I don't have a single bad word to say about my whole experience. Would highly reccomend.

I delivered my baby three months ago and after delivery, I had so many complications. I ate so much healthy food during that period. for that, I put on weight more than I had ever imagined in my life. I was looking just like a rolling ball. I was very worried about my weight so my husband and I decided to go to Istanbul for gastric bypass, after surgery I got amazing results. within three months I have lost 32 kgs and weight loss process have not to stop there it continues. I am very grateful for the Clinic Bariatric for their astonishing services.

My Journey begins with a trustful Team! I am very happy that I chose Dr. Ceyhun Aydogan and his team! Incredibly warm care, everything very well explained and taken care of. From the first minute one - booking my appointment with the lovely Derya! The hotel as well as the hospital are first class! Dr. Ceyhun operates himself and I felt in very good hands! The nursing staff were without exception incredibly nice and on hand for any problem! Despite the language barrier, I always understood the nurses and caregivers and in case of need they translated by cell phone. The whole team of dr. Ceyhun Aydogan is incredibly great. I travelled alone and Alper was always at my side! I would like to thank everyone for this great support and I am very much looking forward to working with them next year! One is not simply left alone after the operation, but still has 12 months of all-round care nutritional counselling and psychological counselling from the team (Amy, Bahar & Minty)!
