The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. An excellent experience of service from Dr Cem and his team. Everything was explained at initial contact and all questions answered with clarity. From the moment I landed the entire team has been so supportive and really took good care of me. Dr Cem’s invaluable experience made the procedure very smooth. The aftercare and guidance has been amazing too which is helping me get back to normality very smoothly.

Novemed were great. I had gastric sleeve op. I'm feeling great 5 days post op. They treated me extremely well exactly as they said they would. I feel better supported than I ever did with any of the diet groups I joined and I tried all of them. Although my diet will be quite restrictive for the next few months I'm not worried about failing because I'm not hungry and have no cravings. Definitely good value. 👍

I was blown away by the whole experience. The Clinic was amazing but the best part of the whole experience was the staff. They were so friendly and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I was in alot of pain on the day of my surgery and was very demanding and they made me feel like I was no trouble at all and I could as for as much help as I needed.

I had my gastric sleeve surgery with Clinic Center in Istanbul. I was struggling losing weight for years and it was the best decision in my life. I was looked after very professionally. The hospital stuff was amazing. They did all the necessary tests prior to operation. The operation went very smoothly and I had no pain or any other complications after. Special thanks to my surgeon, Dr. Ziya. He was so nice. He came to see me several times after the surgery. I felt safe and at ease. The Clinic Center team was really supportive from the beginning and even after. They are still in regular contact with me. It has been 3 months since my surgery and I've already lost 4 stone. I highly recommend Clinic Center. Great experience!

I came from the UK for breast implants. I arrived on Friday went for bloods. Came for my consultation and surgery on Saturday morning. I was back in my hotel by 4pm Saturday. I came for 1 check up with the doctor on the Tuesday I was leaving to return home. Everything went smoothly. Dr Safa Manav was very professional and explained everything. The coordinator Faith was very helpful. All my questions have been answered. The care you receive puts the NHS to shame. Everyone I spoke to could understand and speak English. I would recommend the clinic to anyone.

I have recently had 2 Alcon Panoptix trifocal lenses fitted in my eyes along with 5 tooth implants. The service given by SAM patient services was of the highest calibre. Everything was done seamlessly. The surgeons were excellent and I felt at ease the whole time. I would recommend these to anyone.

Travelled for surgery which took place on 16th January 2023, before, on arrival and throughout my stay I was well looked after. Irem was on hand through the whole process, answered any questions or concerns and really went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant and stress free process. Awesome experience, from enquiring online to arriving in Antalya 3 months later. All transfers were timely and I was accompanied to the pre-op and post-op meetings. The hotels were fabulous. Shout out to the surgeon for smashing it but also shout out to Olivya and Oğuzcan! Great people and kept me up to date by WhatsApp and were there if I needed anything! 10/10 recommend

I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

Cannot thank my coordinator Fatih Ozturk enough for all the help, all the arranging, the checking in with me and making sure I'm okay, especially as I travelled alone for my surgery from the UK. Equally I cannot put into words how grateful I am for all the staff at Istanbul obesity academy that have cared for me during my for 4 day stay for my gastric sleeve surgery, they were fantastic and so caring towards me. I was recommended to this clinic by my friend who had used them for her gastric sleeve in September and I'm so glad I went ahead. From start to finish from booking surgery, flights, airport transfers to and from the hospital has all been so smooth. I'm so happy with my decision and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of having surgery there. Please note I am British and flew out to Istanbul from the UK.

Staff are all welcoming and very helpful and try to understand you when English isn't there first language all very professional. Rooms could do with an update and some English channels on their TV but from cleaners to surgeon can't fault the clinic.

It's my second day after the surgery and everything is going good. The doctor and all the staff were very kind and helpful. The room is nice and clean. I recommend Dr. Tufan Ergenç to everyone who wants to have gastric sleeve surgery.
