I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

I have been going to Dr Ban for several years now. She is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, understanding, kind and considerate and such a lovely lady indeed! She is most accommodating and flexible with appointments and follow ups which is great and always a really pleasant experience and one I look forward to! She puts you at ease immediately and is so generous with her time. Needless to say, I am always so happy with my treatments and results. Truthfully, I’m so lucky to have found Dr Ban and wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Having contemplated surgery for a really long time due to having a medical condition called thrombocytopenia, I finally decided the time was right and had a consultation with Mr Awf Quaba. From initial email enquiry, to consultation and surgery, the entire process was absolutely faultless and I was made to feel extremely reassured throughout the entire process. Due to my thrombocytopenia the procedure was far more complex than a standard mastopexy procedure as I required a platelet transfusion before and after surgery along with an overnight stay in hospital, a number of consultants and nurses were involved in this process and I honestly can’t thank them all enough. My safety and care was absolutely paramount and I felt this from everyone who was involved in my care. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome and cannot thank everyone involved enough. I was nervous to have treatment on a large red area on the end of my nose - as it is in the middle of my face and I didn’t know Andy Tate or his Clinic. I did a lot of research to gain trust and went for it. I am very happy with the results! After a 2 week healing process, I now have my nose back with no red blood capillaries…. Magic! The results of my sessions have been great! I have had multiple sessions removing facial hair and it has worked great and super improved my self-esteem. Results will obviously be better if you have dark hair like I do and for anyone getting sessions for your face I definitely recommend their numbing cream first before any session, I forgot for my first session and made sure I didn't forget any others. Also very friendly staff and very lenient booking times for reschedules.

Great clinic, I highly recommend. I enquired about getting a mole removed form my face which I have been concerned about for a long time, my GP told me it was cosmetic and to seek a private clinic. I was asked if I was comfortable to send a photo, which I did. Got a price and availability back within the same day, and was booked at the end of the week. Very friendly staff and doctors, I had a consultation with the doctor who went through everything beforehand, procedure took roughly 20 minutes.
