I underwent the bullhorn lip lift performed by Dr Cem Berkay and cannot rate my experience highly enough! The doctor addressed all my concerns before treatment and gave me an honest opinion. I was made to feel safe from the very beginning and reassured throughout the procedure which was performed under local anaesthesia. The clinic staff were welcoming and professional and provided me with exceptional aftercare. I am already considering returning for further procedures as I am so happy with my result.

I finally decided that this surgeon is the only one I wanted to do my procedure and I can say I definitely made the right choice. The whole trip went like clockwork easy and smooth The clinic and the staff are extremely clean and professional you are very well cared for. Wroclaw is a wonderful and safe place to visit I travelled on my own and felt completely safe and English is spoken in most places Also a massive big thank you to Eveline she is above and beyond, she will keep you informed fully of all the necessary steps and help you with any questions you have. Dr Lopez is very professional and her English is excellent. She was very thorough and explained things very clearly. I liked that she didn’t try to talk me into any other treatments than the one I enquired about (unlike other clinics). The clinic was lovely, modern and clean. The receptionists were also lovely and spoke good English. It was a pleasure to meet them all. I cannot comment on the treatment I enquired about at the clinic, as I haven’t had it done yet.

Living in Belgium and knowing you’d like to get your rhinoplasty done in another country is one thing but planning the whole trip and surgery is something else. When we first contacted Dr. Ihsan Türkmen we came in contact with Melissa. Melissa is the spokesperson for people living abroad and she made this whole experience a 1000% easier & comfortable. We had been in contact a few months before leaving and during this time she planned everything from the transfers, to the hotel, video chat with Dr. Ihsan, to (ofcourse) the surgery. She also made sure to answer any questions at literally almost at any given time. When we arrived in Istanbul ready to get the surgery she came & picked us up at the hotel and joined us for every “pre-surgery-step. Melissa is very easy going, easy to talk to and it felt like a friend was keeping us company except for this friend we could ask a lot of technical questions. Dr. Ihsan Türkmen makes sure to really listen to what your desired results are but also what you wouldn’t like. He takes his time to ask questions and visa versa. We felt comfortable and trusted him and his team completely. I would definitely recommend getting in contact with Dr. Ihsan Türkmen and his team if you’re in the same situation as we were, living abroad and you have no idea where to start. Or you live in Istanbul, I would obviously still recommend. Overall I love the enthusiastic atmosphere, the comfort, the after care, the clear communication & I love my nose!

Treatment went well, Dr. Miguel and the nurse did everything to make me feel comfortable. I will be going back in a week to get my stitches out The clinic is beautiful with a relaxed atmosphere.
