I visited the Pall Mall Medical centre on Monday 5th September for a routine blood check. The receptionist was very kind and professional, the appointment was on time. The nurse was very gentle and caring. As promised my results had arrived next morning via email. Excellent value for money. Thank you I will be revisiting for a follow up review.

From the moment I first made contact with Miss İman Ali through WhatsApp recommended by a friend, the whole process was straight forward and easy. I arrived at Istanbul airport and had received clear instructions of where to go to be collected by the driver and taken to the hotel. I was greeted the next morning by my translator at the hotel reception who took me to the clinic, he explained everything clearly and talked me through the process. The doctors and staff at the clinic were also really great and made sure that I was always comfortable through the entire time I was having the procedure done. The after care has also been excellent. Miss İman Ali has been in regular contact checking out that I am doing ok and everything is going good. Overall I’ve had a great experience at Golden Med Hair from start to finish and think it has been excellent value for money. A big thanks to Miss İman Ali for making the entire process straight forward and easy. Will definitely be recommending to friends.

I’ve attended MonoCosmetic surgery on the 12th February, I was very nervous, but when I arrived the staff were so nice and friendly they’ve made me feel comfortable and safe through my entire experience. I had a rhinoplasty done by DR. Turkmen together with my sister. And I had THE BEST experience ever. Before, during and after we had contact with Melisa. She guided us through everything from the many questions about the surgery, the hotel to be arranged, the transfers, to even answering our last minute calls because we needed someone to translate and arrange- she was always there to support. We had the best and positive contact with everyone involved, from Dr. Turkmen and Melisa to the caretakers in the hospital and the drivers of the transfers. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. We also got all the necessities for the aftercare (spray, medication,..) which is super handy that you don't have to arrange that yourself. And most importantly, the result of the nose. Simply BEAUTIFUL. I got a nose that fits my face perfectly, he improved my breathing and I see that he has listened to what my wishes are and what I did not want. I have been suffering from a nasal allergy for as long as I can remember, but 1,5 years ago, I started complaining of congestion in my nose, constant pain in my face, and headache. Even my voice started to sound different when I spoke. I went to a hospital many times, medications were given, and when it did not pass, tomography was taken and I was told that I needed sinus surgery and fixing of the deviation that obstructed the airway at the same time. I made an appointment and went to Istanbul. Dr Dinc is a very caring and patient doctor, examined me, and informed in detail, and he also said that my condition required surgery. I had an operation with him. He also made corrections to my nose shape. My operation was very successful, I was very relieved right after. I did not have severe pain, swelling, my breathing got better and I was satisfied with the result. I thank Dr. Mehmet Emre Dinc and his team for their interest, and I highly recommend this clinic to everyone. It has been nearly a year and I am very satisfied with the result.

I had blepharoplasty (upper eyelid surgery) done here because they were affordable and also located in the same city as me (Barcelona). For the money I paid, I think they did an excellent job.
