Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Gyno- if you are considering please read. I can not say enough good things about Mr V, his staff and his clinic. This was my first time having any form of operation. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. They even put my favourite music on to help me relax which did the job as fell asleep during the procedure. I was quoted by another surgery close to £8000 pounds for this but paid just £3500 with Macs Clinic. Obviously this raised some flags but after doing my research and the results after 2 weeks I could not be happier. If this was the final result and my healing was done I would be ecstatic and please beyond words but Mr V assured me I have 6 weeks of healing to go and it will improve even further. Mr V was also very understanding of what I was going through with this condition I was not just a patient he asked me how this had effected my personal life, my confidence and general image positivity, which really helped in me making this decision. On a very personal note if you are reading this and suffer with this condition do not allow yourself to believe that medication or special clothing will help you see results, I lived with gyno for 2 years and I’m sure if you are reading this you understand what I’m talking about, please pop in for consultation with this man! I have been having treatment with Shaan for over a year now, basically over time she has remodelled my face. Sim also treated me for skin tightening, and I've had cheek fillers, lip fillers, and threads to my lower face. Dr. Hatzipieras and his staff were excellent. His office is beautiful and close to Athens city center. They returned emails quickly and I was able to get an appointment within a week of arriving in Greece. I was seen on time. He took time and carefully explained how the Treatment for Wrinkles would be administered and then prepared the Treatment for Wrinkles in the room. Dr. Hatzipieras carefully marked my face and one week later and the result is exactly what I was looking for. I am looking forward to visiting the office again soon.

I had Gastric Sleeve in Allmedica. From the very beginning, when I was picked up from the airport by Oskar, until my departure, I had only good experiences. Oscar drove me to the hotel and was there if I need him throughout my stay. I had several consultations to which I was transported. All the doctors were very professional and answered all my questions promptly. On the day of the surgery, I had my last consultation with Prof. Major who, despite his young appearance, is a very experienced doctor. He was very nice and empathetic, answered all questions. The anesthesiologist was also very understanding and dispelled all my doubts. Going into the procedure, my stress level was lower. After the procedure, very nice and friendly nurses did everything to make me feel as comfortable as possible. After the surgery, when I returned to the hotel a nurse was coming to check if everything was OK. Returning home, I knew that if I needed anything, I could always contact Mrs. Weronika, which happened several times after returning to Ireland. Mrs. Weronika always responds quickly to messages and tries to help. Overall, I highly recommend Allmedica and if I or someone in my family need another medical consultation, we will only choose this clinic.

I cannot recommend Dr. Sami and his team highly enough. Sami explains every procedure thoroughly; often advising that you go home and think about it and come back to him again. Dr . Sami knows that I like a natural look when it comes to aesthetic treatments and I always leave the clinic feeling happy. I have recommended him to a lot of my friends who have since become clients of the clinic. Dr . Sami is extremely professional and personable and has the ability to put patients' minds at ease. I am a tourist and found Dr Gilis while searching the internet. His staff responded immediately to my inquiry about an appointment and spoke English. The clinic is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Riga and is very easy to find. The staff is professional, efficient, and kind. Dr Gilis is great! He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I felt quite comfortable with him and with the staff, and knew I was in good hands the minute I entered the clinic. The charge for services was very reasonable which was a big plus in my book! I give the clinic a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10!
