Me and my friend went to this clinic for surgery, my friend had the bottom of her eye bags removed. I had a facelift and top and bottom eye surgery. The results are fantastic it was very reasonably priced cheaper than England, hospital is lovely and clean and very new looking. The surgeon who did my and my friend's surgery was a very nice man and helped me with what he thought would help with better results. Mac is the gentleman who picks you up from the airport and takes you to the clinic every day, he is a lovely man very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We had our surgery on the 8th of January and they still message to see if everything is ok. thank you very much. They are lovely people I would highly recommend this clinic and would go a gain for surgery without a doubt.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Friendly and professional staff!!! My experiences with Allmedica staff were very pleasant! All my inquiries were answered immediately from the very beginning by Veronica.It was my first time to visit the city , but all the staffs were very accomodating ( from Oskar-my host to nurses and the doctor! Everyone ) I got more than enough follow ups and the staff and host were always fast to reach out and assist. The Doctor( Aesthetic) is also a fantastic one! I am very satisfied with the result! So I might come again soon!!

I recently had my old ruptured breast implants replaced by Dr Adam in Poland. I am from the UK, I've had surgery in Poland before with a different surgeon, and also in the UK. Europe surgery, has been the best so far. I wasn't expecting perfection due to asymmetry, however my results have really surpassed my expectations, they look pretty close to perfect. I had very little pain, as the clinic were great at managing any pain overnight in the clinic (I stayed about 24hrs)and also afterwards, as they bring you back to the clinic every morning, for dressing changes and pain relief meds should you need them. I stayed in the apartments linked with the clinic, which are a 5 minute walk away. Apartments are modern and spotless and very reasonably priced. Overall, this clinic and surgeon have been fantastic. I can't fault a single thing. I plan to return next year to correct my nose, and I'm already looking forward to it.

Full facelift including neck and upper eyelids. I picked Dr Rataj Clinic after months of research due to the excellent reviews. I finally decided that this surgeon is the only one I wanted to do my procedure and I can say I definitely made the right choice. It's only been just over a week and I'm back home and so far the results are amazing exactly what I wanted could not be happier. The whole trip went like clockwork easy and smooth The clinic and the staff are extremely clean and professional you are very well cared for.
