Elmas has excellent facilities and wonderful staff. They are very honest and gave me a very clear understanding of what could be achieved without misleading me. The treatment was smooth without any unexpected issues. It was painless and the process took exactly how long they said it would. I was looked after very well throughout the surgery and was regularly kept informed by English speaking staff member about the next steps. I was given detailed instructions about post-surgery care and I was also given all medicines and shampoos to use for the next several weeks. The accommodation was arranged in a very nice and friendly hotel. I was picked up and dropped off at the Airport and was regularly in touch with a knowledgeable staff member post surgery. It was a very good experience.

I had DHI with Elmas on Friday 24 Nov and so far so good. It’s the fourth day and I will be sharing my story. Completely painless except small local anesthetic which was like a second then I was watching a movie and documentary and sleeping in between for the rest of the day.

On Monday the 27th I had my first wash and today for the second wash. The second and third wash is all extra service. Elmas decided to do it for free just because I happen to be in town for few more days.

Hakan, you are a star! Hakan arranges all the communication and the transfers from airport to hotel to the hospital for all the days I was in Ankara. Five-star hotel was such a luxury but it makes a wonder making feel home when you are in a city away from home.

My surgeon has such a caring heart and caring hand which made me feel completely at ease from start to end.

I must admit I was very anxious in the beginning because I did not know what to expect. Then in no time, the medical crew made me feel so relaxed and re-assured me that all will go well and gave the chance to ask any questions (sometimes silly questions) but they answered my questions with patience and clarity.

Overall nothing short of fantastic and has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. More specific feedback to follow.

I came from the UK England and I have been wondering how my hair will look after the surgery, it always bothered me because I am very conscious of it.
I always wondered whether it will be painful and all that and many other worries.

I am not the kind of person who rushes to make a choice so naturally, I have taken my time reading reviews and the environment. There are so many clinics in the UK, Thailand, Malaysia and Turkey. It was clear from the outset that Turkey is the hair transplant excellence center and Elmas has done more. The procedure is to be carried out in a hospital environment that reduce infection possibility.

Their contact Hakan was more than truthful, not pushy and keeping all the options on my table. The advantage and disadvantage of the different procedures. The doctors are very experienced and as they seem to have seen all hair types.

The transfers from airport to hotel to the hospital was seamless. Thanks to everyone. They explained everything before they did anything.

İ'm also very happy with my surgeon who carries out the procedure personally. Aydin and his assistance’s Esra and Syed’s who was with me all the time during the process.

Haka has been beyond belief from the moment I made contact a few weeks ago, his clarity and swift respond was second to none. He was always making sure that I am comfortable and as I have been checked in 5-star hotel, receiving 5-star services in the hospital and hotel.

It’s too early to talk about my results as I only had my procedure the third week of Nov 2017 but I will be posting progress so others could see how the work is done.
