Overall experience of Vanity is positive. On the whole a little impersonal but for me that worked fine. My surgeon was excellent and I am very pleased with the results (I had a breast lift with implants). My patient coordinator (Umut) was great and very informative - he guided me through the process on the day of surgery and made me feel at ease. My day nurse was lovely and spoke English well however the nightshift nurse was very rude and spoke little English, she refused to help me out of bed in the middle of the night when I wasn’t able to pull myself up (having just had surgery) and used google translator to tell me I should learn how to do these things alone. The drivers were also great and very helpful, So overall a positive experience but the night nurse let things down for me

I travelled from the UK to Istanbul to see Dr Görkem for a face and neck lift and blephoroplasty. The Team is so kind and all speak perfect English. They support you every step of the way and I never had to worry as I could always contact the Team for help and advice. I still speak to them now I'm back home. Dr Görkem was recommended to me by a friend resident in Istanbul who had the same procedures and was all perfect. I had the same experience. The surgery was amazing and Dr Görkem is a top skilled surgeon. The recovery is the swelling and some bruising but it's not painful. I have recommended Dr Görkem to my friends as I fully trust him. He was knowledgeable and efficient and I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. He prescribed the appropriate medication and gave me clear instructions on how to take it and what to expect. I was in and out of the clinic in less than an hour and I felt much better after my visit. The doctor's bedside manner was excellent, and I felt like he truly cared about my well-being. I was also impressed with the clinic's technology and equipment, it was clear that they were up-to-date and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this urgent care clinic and the doctor I saw to anyone in need of quick and competent medical attention. They exceeded my expectations and made my visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I would definitely return to this clinic if I have a similar situation in the future. The doctor's expertise, kindness and professionalism made all the difference.

I had my stomach surgery in March 2022, I was so happy I met Dr Bali, he is really trusty person and you go to surgery in relax way, he and his team are really care. The hospital was clean and perfect, his visit for after surgery was so caring and relaxing, I suggest him to anyone because his work was really good! I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. This clinic is simply the best they all went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. The hygiene is superb and so clean. Would like to share my experience that I had before and after my mummy makeover. I live in UK and had 4 children. Oldest 28 and youngest 5 so you can imagine what a toll my body had. With breast feeding and of course age my breast got very saggy and with complicated pregnancies I had c sections which left me with a pouch on my lower belly that no matter how much exercise I made it would never go. So I decided to look for a mummy makeover. I was lucky to be contacted after some research from Ozan an employee Dr Murat Diyarbakırlıoğlu. Ozan was a very gentle man and answered all the questions I was asking, sent me some pictures of Dr Murat’s work and had a lot of sympathy with me when I showed anxiety. He did say it’s normal to feel that way mostly being worried of doing a procedure outside of your country. He gave me all the time I needed to make a decision and was always polite and gentle. So I decided to make an appointment and go to Istanbul. I was picked up from the airport and next day met the surgeon. I needed to have a discussion with him as I wasn’t sure about my breast lift and scars but the minute I met Dr Murat I felt so much better and in good hands. Got to meet Ozan too which helped with translating. We got to like him so much as he’s such a nice young man to have around. Very polite, intelligent and gently young man. Any ways the hospital I was admitted Tema Hastanesi was a very nice hospital, latest equipment and really lovely stuff! Even the cafeteria/ restaurant of the hospital were such lovely people and when they asked who’s my doctor you could see in their faces how much Dr Murat is respected in that hospital which put me more at ease. The hospital room is like a hotel room and my hubby had a sofa chair that opens into a bed to sleep on. We had a 42 inch tv with internet on and WiFi for our cachets. They made us feel comfortable. I had my op on a Friday morning. Got out of the theatre very very cold, they covered me with a blanket and took care of me constantly. Topping me with pain medication and felt comfortable and assisted all times. At first I thought 2 days it’s not enough to leave the hospital but by Sunday I felt way better and was ready to move to the hotel. Ozan was constantly checking on me as well and Dr Murat was too. Don’t get too alarmed if you feel hot pain running through the drainage pipes it’s normal when they move inside you. I think from the whole experience that’s the most thing that annoyed me but the days pass so quick and took them out after 4 days of the surgery. Have courage to walk as the more you walk the better you get. I cannot thank enough MD Aesthetics. The whole team were very good people and felt lucky to have Dr Murat as my surgeon. The transformation of my body left me with a lot of confidence and my family and friends keeps telling me how much my body looks good and very natural. With confidence I can tell you if you’re looking for a mummy make over go for Dr Murat you’ll be in good hands. I’m hoping with my long review I put someone more at ease.

I had Vaser Liposuction at JFS Clinic in September. I was meeting with many clinics and it was very difficult to choose, but thanks to my assistant's quick response to all my questions and our online meeting with the surgeon, I decided to choose this clinic. From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.

From start to finish, Dr. Asim, patient coordinator Busra, and the entire staff at Time Travel took care of my every need with incredible results! I’m no stranger to cosmetic procedures, and I can without a doubt say that my experience at Time Travel has been the best by far.
