Elected to have breast lift surgery without implants in February 2024 with Dr. Mehmet Fatih Algan at Vanity Clinic. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The clinic is pristine and the level of care is outstanding, Dr Mehmet performed amazing surgery I’m more than delighted, the shape is fabulous and the scars are so fine and neat 2 weeks post-surgery, he’s also such a lovely man Yavuz my patient coordinator was amazing, keeping me informed from first enquiry to when I got home, he was so kind and supportive, he’s an brilliant personality.

The Mercure hotel was lovely as were the staff. The transfer vehicles were lovely and were there to ferry back and forwards whenever needed, the drivers were all really pleasant. I would definitely go back and highly recommend the clinic. I would have given it 10 stars if I could.

I had rhinoplasty at Vanity and the process from enquiring about surgery to post op care has been amazing! Patience is key when messaging as they do have a lot of patients to deal with but they are always there to answer your call.

I could not recommend Dr Kadri enough as he tailors surgery to each patient and knows every patient wants a different outcome and he really listens. The care in the hospital was great and everything was clean however there is a language barrier that is understandable and is something to be patient with. My post-op coordinator Yavuz who I also had the pleasure of meeting in person has been beyond helpful, even answering my queries out of hours.

I travelled alone in February 2024 to Vanity Central Hospital. For my surgery butt implants. Everything was arranged perfectly with communication over WhatsApp chat and also WhatsApp calls. I arrived at the airport and a vanity transfer can was waiting for me. I was taken to a private hospital for some blood tests and the tenge driver was very kind carried my bags and sat with me while I had my blood taken. I was then taken to Antwell Hotel which is brand new and beautiful with 24-hour room service.

The next day I was collected and taken to Vanity Hospital where I met with doctor Semih Yildiz, he was very good at explaining everything and I felt very comfortable and confident in his ability, having just completed a research degree, I did a lot of research for many hospitals and vanity and it’s Surgeons came out on top.
The nurses at the hospital were very kind to me and I felt safe and comfortable. I am so happy with my results and would highly recommend Vanity!

Overall experience of Vanity is positive. On the whole a little impersonal but for me that worked fine. My surgeon was excellent and I am very pleased with the results (I had a breast lift with implants). My patient coordinator (Umut) was great and very informative - he guided me through the process on the day of surgery and made me feel at ease.

My day nurse was lovely and spoke English well however the nightshift nurse was very rude and spoke little English, she refused to help me out of bed in the middle of the night when I wasn’t able to pull myself up (having just had surgery) and used google translator to tell me I should learn how to do these things alone. The drivers were also great and very helpful, So overall a positive experience but the night nurse let things down for me

The hospital is very clean and tidy the staff are so friendly and polite. Even though Turkish isn’t a language that I know it was never an awkward moment or language barrier problem at all.

My coordinator Umut is such a lovely guy kept me informed every step of the way he gave me everything in advance so was prepared I had no problems my check up, it was just smooth as the day of my operation. He even came back to see me after my Op and that was in the night I appreciate him so much. As for my doctor he’s just straight to the point he’s very helpful before seeing him I went by his work I saw on social media and I can say his work is for sure a 10/10 and it’s only day 7 so imagine once I’ve fully healed.

Overall all the staff from Vanity o came into any contact with was very friendly helpful polite. I would like to say thanks for the professional customer service and care I received it was 10/10

I had a mastopexy with breast implants, Dr. Erman Menekşe was my doctor and Murat was my coordinator.

Dr. Menekşe is a very kind, empathetic and very good doctor. I was strongly impressed right from the start by the amount of time he took for me. He knows exactly what he is doing. And of course, I’m more than happy with the result. Murat is also very kind and empathic. His German is really good.

Some nurses need to learn a bit of English. I don’t know if they were stressed or something like that but they weren’t empathic.

Die Klinik war sehr kompetent eingerichtet man wurde uber alles informiert die Operation wurden erklärt nach der Operation wurde ich in ein Zimmer im Krankenhaus gebracht die Versorgung war sehr gut die Krankenschwestern haben sich Zeit und Mūhe gegeben damit man sich als Patient gut aufgehoben fühlt.

Nach Rūcksprache mit Herrn Doktor konnte ich mit Medikamenten zurück ins Hotel ich hatte zur jeder Zeit einen Berater den ich per WhatsApp anschreiben konnte in Deutscher Sprache nach ein paar Tagen war nach Kontrolle in der Klinik es wurde alles erklärt und die Silikonschiene entfernt Arzt war dabei und mein Berater wegen Übersetzen.
Man kann dieses Krankenhaus nur weiterempfehlen

I recently underwent rhinoplasty with Dr. Kadri Ila, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Not only does my nose look beautiful, but it also functions much better than before.

The procedure was not only cosmetic but also had a medical purpose. My patient experience representative, Umut, was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions, providing me with post-op medication, and offering support even after the surgery. The nursing staff took excellent care of me, ensuring I was comfortable and well-attended to throughout my recovery. Additionally, the drivers were always punctual in picking me up, making the transportation aspect of the experience seamless.

I had a breast Lift with Implants as I, unfortunately, was not blessed with perk breasts from a young age. It was incredible value for money and I would not change a thing. As this was the first time having Plastic surgery done, I was incredibly nervous, researching where to go in Istanbul can be difficult and overwhelming as where to even start? Luckily I was recommended Vanity by someone who had been and had a good experience overall.

Surgeon Dr Alper Burak Uslu was a 10/10, he listened to me, my wants and helped me get the result of my dreams. He is a caring and talented Surgeon. The helpers (patient coordinators) like Selvi & Yavuz were brilliant and very responsive. The nurses are very caring, though there is a language barrier if you do not speak the native tongue you can use a translator. The hotel is lovely and the breakfast buffet very good, the aftercare could do with improvement in general. But all in all I would recommend.

I was there for two nights. Everything great. I'm satisfied and would recommend it to others.
