I am amazed at the level of this hospital, everyone takes care of you and answers all your questions, I have never seen a hospital of this level. I'm 22 and I've never had surgery, I was very scared of everything to come, but everyone was predisposed. The doctor is amazing, I completely trusted him with my nose and he did a great job, it's nice that he cares about the patients, and how they feel. I had my gastric sleeve surgery with mayclinik and Dr Osman 3 months ago.I have been suffering from obesity since I was a kid, but I haven't had the courage to get weight lose surgery done. Before coming, I was informed by Busra about itinerary, where to wait in the airport, how the program will be going etc. The driver picked up by at the airport, at the meeting point mentioned before and taken to the hotel first, rested on that day. Next morning Busra came with the same driver to pick me up, and took me to the hospital. We started with the tests, my surgeon Dr Osman came to visit me, he replied my question, made me relax. I was at the hospital for 3 nights. Doctor visited me daily, talked to me, checked on me. There was almost no pain, was easier than what I thought on 4th day, I was taken to the hotel, nurse of mayclinik welcomed me to explain the medications, she visited me daily as well. They brought a soup suggested by the doctor to my room, it was a really nice gesture. I am still in contact with the same nurse for my post op care, getting the replies of my questions. I really appreciate the care and effort of whole team.
