I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Joseph was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my stay. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I was aware of all my options. Joseph made me feel like I was in good hands, and I really appreciated his kindness and compassion. I went to the Med Assist clinic in Istanbul for rehab. My experiences there have been thoroughly satisfactory. Starting with the safety of the patients and of course the staff through trained security experts, the doctors, nurses and carers, everything was flawless and can only be recommended. Of course, your own motivation and attitude also play a crucial role, because without will and desire, not even God himself can lead you on the right path or bring you back to independence. All the employees were very nice, always helpful and caring. My conclusion is that anyone who wants to be in control of themselves again and free from dependency of any kind is in good hands in this clinic. With respect to the entire team, you do a great job and are also very tolerant, friendly and helpful. With kind regards to the entire staff, great respect for the great work you are doing.

I’m surprised about all the negative reviews as we have had the best experience ever.. Dr Selim and Sandra have been amazing with us. We did our treatment in the UK and the rest at the clinic. It’s been a relaxing and calm experience.. the team at Jinepol have been extremely supportive and helpful.. we have been blessed with a baby after many years.. all thanks to the team and by the grace of god alhamdulillah. Sandra was amazing she stayed in contact the whole time we were going through our treatment and helped us with all our needs. Dr Selim was honest about all our options, he gave us all the information and help we needed which made things easier for us. It’s such an emotional experience but Dr. Selim and his were fantastic with us.. thank you for everything.

I had the best treatment and I will recommend it 100%. I have received the best care when I was at the hospital. The surgeon and the hospital team were very friendly, they were looking after me and checking on me at all times. The procedure went very well I did not have any pain post-op. Overall I’m very satisfied with the results.

From the moment we made contact with Ozzy (our coordinator) at Unita we knew we choose the right hospital. Professor Dr Teksen worked miracles, early stages but we are now 10 weeks pregnant.
