Hi, I had a face and neck surgery with Dr. Ersin Gonullu. I was very nervous about getting my surgery but he was so professional. Sunday morning when I woke up he came in to see how I was doing and that put me at ease. I don't trust any other surgeon only Dr. Ersin Gonullu. I have had plastic surgery before and it took me a while to trust someone else. I will be getting more surgery done with the Dr. I am happy with the results and one year later I am still amazed. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia❤️ my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr Ulas, Rabia and team I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. The doctor is a perfectionist and will not do surgery if he feels it's not in patients best interest. The whole staff overly makes sure you are doing well and if you need anything and/or have any questions or concern. Very caring and always professional.
