I had a breast augmentation 18 years ago they were 800cc implants with Transform and I have been wanting them removed for the last 6 years! I had visited several different surgeons in London & Somerset over the last few years but wasn’t completely comfortable with any of them! For the reasons that because my implants were so large they would be difficult to explant and none of them seemed very confident in explanting them! I am now 4 days post-op and couldn’t be happier! I am now back in Somerset and Mr El-Gawad is still texting me to check I am okay! If you are in any doubt? DO NOT BE! You will not be disappointed! He is simply amazing! Kind, caring, honest, & genuine! I have seen a good few surgeons prior to him but I didn’t feel at ease. The moment I met Dr Irfan Khan instantly I felt so comfortable. He is a good listener and so easy going and calm. I was 100% definite that I wanted to go ahead with Dr Irfan Khan so I had a closed rhinoplasty in May 2017. He came to see me twice in my room after the surgery. I had literally no bruising! The aftercare was great. I have recommended him to a few others on forums and they haven’t regretted either.
