I visited Novusklinik due to a concern that I had with an existing temporary crown and what appeared to be an abscess above it. My dental hygiene has been poor for far too long and I was quite embarrassed actually to go, but I'd put things off for far too long. The care I have received throughout the extensive work required has been exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. Dr Sabri talked me through each and every step as I was been treated, putting my mind at ease and answering any questions that I put his way. The result I have now, is a healthier mouth, a smile that I'm actually proud of and most of all I'm pain-free whilst eating and drinking. I always say the same thing to my children and that is 'look after your teeth kids'.....my advice if you need to have dentistry work is don't hesitate to head over to Novusklinik in İstanbul. You'll be in exceptional hands. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I first went to Izmir to have veneers fitted in 2007 and they lasted me until this year (2022) when the ageing process of shrinking gums etc dictated it was time to renew them. The dentist I saw in 2007 was not available, so I did some research and found West Dent Dental Clinic. I contacted their practice and had many WhatsApp chats with their staff who were always ready to answer any queries I had. I was researching three potential clinics, but chose West Dent based on feedback and price. I arrived in Izmir, using Turkish Airlines, late evening and was met by Cavit, who was my driver and point of contact for the duration of my stay. I attended the busy practice the next day (chauffeured by Cavit) and met the lovely English interpreter and the equally lovely and knowledgeable young lady dentist- unfortunately I do not know their names, but the dentist who treated me was named ‘Spring’ as an English translation. She quickly and efficiently removed my old veneers (I had the front six replaced). The operation was not painful, but was a bit uncomfortable. I was repeatedly offered anaesthetic if I felt I needed it. Once the old veneers were removed, my teeth were cleaned and impressions taken for the technician to work to. My veneers are porcelain. I went back two days later for a fitting. I had arranged to stay In Izmir for ten days so I could have a short break as well as dental treatment. When my new veneers were fitted I felt they were too large and before I could say anything, the dentist removed them from my mouth and immediately said she was not happy with them. She then took new impressions for a further set of veneers to be made. There was no fuss or drama, she wasn’t prepared to accept what, she considered to be, not good enough. As I said, I had 10 days in Izmir, so I had plenty of time to wait for the replacements. When the new veneers arrived they were a perfect fit, but very straight. I have an unusually large overbite and wanted them slightly shorter and slightly uneven. This the dentist achieved for me once they were cemented in. All my experiences at West Dent Clinic were positive. The staff were happy and obliging, nothing was too much trouble - would I recommend them? Yes, I definitely would. Some advice I would give is that if you are coming to West Dent for treatment, you should be prepared to be flexible with your appointment times. This is a busy dental practice subject to the dental needs and emergencies of their local patients. I had my appointment time changed a few times, but I was given plenty of notice and, as I was being collected, it made no difference to me. Once again, I would thoroughly recommend the staff and treatment I received at West Dent Clinic. Thank you lovely team-I think about you every time I smile.With kindest regards to you all.

After six months I returned to have the procedure completed at Perla Dental Clinic In Antalya. And quess what? What an excellent job they did. The clinic was spotless. Lovely staff who put my mind at ease. I actually didn't realise that my procedure had been all done as all I felt was a little discomfort, I had all my own teeth removed a bone graft, two sinus lifts, also a cyst that was found on the X-ray that had to be cut out and treated, and the all on six implants on my top jaw and six implants on the bottom. Temporary teeth are fine but I can't wait to go back for my proper ones. I'm so excited.

From the UK , I was researching for several months prior to finally deciding to choose IDH for my treatment. I required extensive work to create a smile that I could be proud. I had extremely lengthy conversations with my coordinator Ghokan whom was amazing answered every question immediately and supported me the whole time through my 2 visits. My journey started at long last in July 2023. My original quote (without seeing x-rays) was for all my teeth removed, 12 implants and full set of zirconium crowns. When I arrived there were to my amazement 9 teeth that could be saved and root canals under all remaining teeth which meant I only required 10 implants. My price was then cheaper than first thought (75% cheaper than the UK for the exact same procedure). I then agreed my plan of 14 extractions, 9 teeth shaved down, 9 root canals and 10 implants on the first visit with then placed fixed temporary teeth. Within an hour of signing all paperwork I was taken into theatre for 6 hours and all the above was done. I came round to find myself in no pain which was astonishing! I had swelling slightly for 2 days and a sore throat that was genuinely it. I then returned the following day had impressions taken for my temporary teeth and returned a few hours later for them fitting. I was then free to enjoy a holiday before having a final check the day before I returned to the UK for 3 months whilst my mouth fully healed from the extensive work I had done. I returned home , you have to stick to a soft diet whilst you heal due to the temporary teeth being more for cosmetic purposes and as not to agitate your gums whilst going through the healing stage, this was no problem to me as I could not eat much before with the state my own teeth where in. I then returned in October 2023 for my final 27 crowns placing. I arrived had my temporary teeth removed, new impressions and x rays. 3 days later returned for my final fitting I was thee most ecstatic I had ever been in my life . The result is astonishing, I have never had compliments in regards to my teeth as they where awful and I never showed them. Now everywhere I go I’m getting the most amazing comments about how beautiful my teeth are, Dr Sulleyman and the team are quite frankly amazing professional people whom have changed my life and given me confidence that I never thought I’d have, cannot thank them enough would highly recommend to anyone. Andepol was amazing every step of the way. Even when I was just talking with them while planning the trip, they were clear about what needed to be done. Pointed out the problems I had, and explained what needed to be done, with great detail, and went through every potential scenario with me. They gave me information about my case the other clinics either didn’t spot, neglected to give, or intentionally left out to trick me into going with them. I felt respected and cared for every step of the way.

I just came back from the clinic. I had concerns because I am doing the all-in-6 in the upper jaw plus 3 implants on the lower jaw. Dr Meryem was very supportive and Dr Beliz was the best dentist I could ever found. No pain. Amazing staff, good location and excellent service. Looking forward for the next visit around Easter to finish the treatment. Strongly recommend it to anyone!

I had a constant bleeding problem in my mouth for several years. I have tried several dentists in Denmark where I live, they were just guessing, trying and experiencing in me. I was so lucky to find Astra on the internet, I read only positive feedback from earlier customers and then decided to try. When I was trying to contact Astra, I got the ability to contact them on Whatsapp and an extremely sweet girl (Katya) has been my contact person from the first minute, in the sessions and also following up after finishing. Astra Dent already knew what the problem was, just by explaining what I am experiencing. I was amazed that the Antoshchenko Natalia, the dentist that I had the honour of visiting, she fixed the problem I had in 2 hours. She was so confident and I felt I was in safe hands. I am seriously thankful and I feel lucky that a problem that has been annoying me for several years is gone now.

Extremely helpful and friendly. I emailed and booked a wisdom tooth removal, which was quick and easy- I'm usually quite nervous about dental work but this was very relaxed. Highly recommend!

Dr Maltese was very friendly and courteous and spoke English, he explained my options after examining my tooth. We both decided a temporary fix was better as I would be leaving Rome on Saturday and any follow-up would be impossible. I was very pleased with his work.
