I visited Novusklinik due to a concern that I had with an existing temporary crown and what appeared to be an abscess above it. My dental hygiene has been poor for far too long and I was quite embarrassed actually to go, but I'd put things off for far too long. The care I have received throughout the extensive work required has been exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. Dr Sabri talked me through each and every step as I was been treated, putting my mind at ease and answering any questions that I put his way. The result I have now, is a healthier mouth, a smile that I'm actually proud of and most of all I'm pain-free whilst eating and drinking. I always say the same thing to my children and that is 'look after your teeth kids'.....my advice if you need to have dentistry work is don't hesitate to head over to Novusklinik in İstanbul. You'll be in exceptional hands. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Prior to making decision to have my dental work done at the Clinic Prime we have interviewed number of doctors and their team, the decision was not an easy one. Number of factors had to be considered, such as security, professional ability of the doctors and their team, language barrier and the list can continue, but decision was made and here we were in Istanbul at the Clinic Prime. We were picked up at the airport and met with the team that same day. The clinic is beautiful, staff is welcoming and highly professional and there was not really a language barrier. Technology, doctors, surgeons were way above our expectations and to get that type of rating from me it’s almost impossible. Well on the second day after I arrived procedure was completed with no pain, no infections and no complications-teeth extraction, bone grafting and 9 implants, incredible team. We are coming back in November to finish the procedure since there is a healing time, but this time around my daughter and my husband will have their dental work done as well, so there will be Part II of the review as my dental journey continues.

Visiting the dentist was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The dentist was incredibly gentle, and the offer of coffee and a relaxing atmosphere immediately put me at ease. I appreciated the tour of the building, which helped alleviate any lingering nerves. Most importantly, the dentist's honesty about the state of my teeth was refreshing. I strongly recommend this dentist for their professionalism, gentleness, and honesty.

JUST PUT YOUR TRUST IN FOCUS. I went to Bodrum on an unexpected trip. I had some dental treatments already booked in the UK for 2 crowns and couple of fillings, unfortunately the appointments kept getting cancelled and I had been waiting so long already. Just before leaving for Bodrum I contacted Focus, they immediately got back to me, booking consultation for day after I arrived. I had an x ray 3 d scan and consultation with Soykan one of the dentists. I had never seen my mouth in so much detail. Soykan is very Professional and friendly as are all of the team at Focus. I was very nervous about having the work done abroad until I went to Focus. My treatment was completed so promptly, they stayed in touch in between appointments. The clinic has state of the art equipment. Extremely clean and welcoming. They fitted my husband in for a couple of treatments while we were there. Compared to some people I only had minimal work done but I was treated with the utmost care attention and patience. I didn't choose to go to Turkey to have my work done because it was cheaper. I was just fed up of the wait time in UK. Of course the cost at Focus was unbelievably cheaper and I do think my treatment was far superior to UK. Do not hesitate to contact them. I first went to Izmir to have veneers fitted in 2007 and they lasted me until this year (2022) when the ageing process of shrinking gums etc dictated it was time to renew them. The dentist I saw in 2007 was not available, so I did some research and found West Dent Dental Clinic. I contacted their practice and had many WhatsApp chats with their staff who were always ready to answer any queries I had. I was researching three potential clinics, but chose West Dent based on feedback and price. I arrived in Izmir, using Turkish Airlines, late evening and was met by Cavit, who was my driver and point of contact for the duration of my stay. I attended the busy practice the next day (chauffeured by Cavit) and met the lovely English interpreter and the equally lovely and knowledgeable young lady dentist- unfortunately I do not know their names, but the dentist who treated me was named ‘Spring’ as an English translation. She quickly and efficiently removed my old veneers (I had the front six replaced). The operation was not painful, but was a bit uncomfortable. I was repeatedly offered anaesthetic if I felt I needed it. Once the old veneers were removed, my teeth were cleaned and impressions taken for the technician to work to. My veneers are porcelain. I went back two days later for a fitting. I had arranged to stay In Izmir for ten days so I could have a short break as well as dental treatment. When my new veneers were fitted I felt they were too large and before I could say anything, the dentist removed them from my mouth and immediately said she was not happy with them. She then took new impressions for a further set of veneers to be made. There was no fuss or drama, she wasn’t prepared to accept what, she considered to be, not good enough. As I said, I had 10 days in Izmir, so I had plenty of time to wait for the replacements. When the new veneers arrived they were a perfect fit, but very straight. I have an unusually large overbite and wanted them slightly shorter and slightly uneven. This the dentist achieved for me once they were cemented in. All my experiences at West Dent Clinic were positive. The staff were happy and obliging, nothing was too much trouble - would I recommend them? Yes, I definitely would. Some advice I would give is that if you are coming to West Dent for treatment, you should be prepared to be flexible with your appointment times. This is a busy dental practice subject to the dental needs and emergencies of their local patients. I had my appointment time changed a few times, but I was given plenty of notice and, as I was being collected, it made no difference to me. Once again, I would thoroughly recommend the staff and treatment I received at West Dent Clinic. Thank you lovely team-I think about you every time I smile.With kindest regards to you all.

After a very long search to find a good dentist, I have had many quotes from different clinics but the majority of them offered me a dental package, that included flights and very attempting accommodation, like 5 stars hotels, but I wasn't sure that these packages are the best option for me as they never mentioned the names of the doctors that will be treating me. As an anesthetist doctor, I was keen to find an experienced professional dentist, that has very good credentials, which I think is the most important information anyone needs to know before proceeding with treatment. I finally have made my choice to be under the care of Dr. Cem Baysal, who is in my opinion the best dentist I ever met. Both he and his staff were very accommodating, his clinic is very clean and spotless. After a 3D scan, he discussed all the options and explained everything in detail. His English is perfect so no communication problem, he managed to find time to do my 3 implants on the same day, even though he was very busy. I had 3 implants under local anesthetic with no pain and no complications. He is very professional, very caring, and quick at delivering the treatment with the best results expected. He also will try to save one of my tooth which, which my dentist in the UK suggested that it has to be removed. Dr. Cem Baysal you're such a wonderful doctor and you always make me feel so safe. You are a perfect combination of responsibility and care. Thank you for taking care of me so delicately. I am looking forward to seeing you again after a four months period to complete my treatment.

Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. May they be blessed to continue the hard work, commitment and care they provide for struggling individuals who commit to entrusting their lives, vulnerabilities, fears and emotions into the hands of such good noble and humble people.

DentaPoint International is a very modern dental clinic with a very professional staff. I felt taken care off from beginning to end, and always had the feeling I was in good hands. My coordinator got in touch with me well in advance of my travel, met me at the hotel to pick me up for my procedure and was very helpful and communicative throughout the week. I was scheduled to have 20 crowns done, so naturally, I was very nervous about the procedure, but the fantastic staff at DentaPoint made me feel at ease. The procedures were explained to me in detail, and my comfort was a top priority for the entire staff I dealt with. I am very happy with the results of my dental procedure. Of course, only time will tell how sturdy my new teeth are, but they feel and look great.

I had 2 implants done, an extraction and a bone graft/sinus lift on my upper jaw at the back of my mouth. They first gave me an x-ray and then a consultation on the work that needed to be done. I was very surprised at how quickly and efficiently they were in completing the treatments I needed. Definitely value for money. I was very impressed with the place, very clean as expected and they were using all the up-to-date equipment on their customers. The whole procedure was done like clockwork from entering the building initially then to fill in certain paperwork, xrays, pictures taken, consultation, treatment and then given medication and be on your way. No sitting down waiting on certain things, you was literally in one thing and then moved onto the next stage (well impressed with their system) I was then back in a few days later for a precautionary check-up. Can't wait to be back in around 5 months' time for my new crowns. Accommodation by them was a nice hotel too. From Vahap the translator/customer coordinator explained the process step by step, to the doctors who were very professional in their work and anil the driver who transferred you to n from the airport, hotel and clinic I can't thank you all enough. I know I'd make the right choice going with the pearl clinic. See you in the summer.

Me and my husband received treatment in this clinic- Septoplasty and Lower body surgery. Very happy with the result. All transfers and surgery bookings were organised perfectly due to changes in our plans at the last moment. Highly recommend it.

The driver pick me up from the hotel to attend the appointment and dropped me off the hotel after the appointment. I have 7 teeth exacted and 9 implants done. The operation went well so far despite the pain. I can't wait to go back to have my Permanent crowns done this October. I would be pleased if Umut Dental Clinic could pay me some money to cover the cost of my hotel accommodation and airport transfer for my first visit.

I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. All the staff are extremely friendly and I was treated like a VIP. I can highly recommend the clinic. They are so professional and experts in their treatments.

Hi you guys! Like most, I've always wanted VSG since 19 when I stepped foot on my college campus. Everyone else was relatively slim and then there was me 215 lbs at 5'3. Fast forward to 2020. I'm now 22 and have a stable job and insurance (BCBS of AL) with no kids or spouse. In 2018, I ended up losing 60 lbs from 210 lbs and got down to 159 lbs, but I only managed to keep 10 lbs off.
