Hi ... I just want to give a quick review on the incredibly prompt and professional manner my enquiry for implants was handled. I was able to arrange for the implant Dentist professionals to quickly evaluate the xrays I sent by email within a few days. Very shortly afterwards I received an extremely detailed and comprehensive quotation, and what steps and proposed plan my procedure could be undertaken. As yet I have not agreed to proceed with the implants, as I am awaiting other quotes, but considering it very thoughtfully. I felt everyone who's considering dental treatment at this clinic should know how professional and serious they are to serve their potential customers. All the staff that I have met and my dentist have all been absolutely wonderful people I had to go for a medical which everybody does and I was not impressed there because I simply wanted to know what test I was having done so I would ask what is this test for And a couple of them just ignored you and I wouldn’t get on the bed until I found out what they were doing. I have a right to know what test they are doing, but that is not under the dental clinic's responsibility on how other people treat you unfortunately, I was one of the unlucky people That was not suitable for my requirements and I can only get a half done because I’m not well enough to go under anaesthetic but we have worked out a plan and hopefully nothing else goes wrong and it’s not their fault. It’s purely my health and I will certainly recommend them to anybody.

Came here from the states to correct previous work. They were able to accommodate my language, the entire staff from top to bottom are like a well-world machine. Just got five teeth removed bone grafts, and an abscess that was reaching my eye socket removed. They set up an amazing dental plan was perfect for my needs. Contacting them by email is best at first. Absolutely meticulous and what they do. Not to mention Chiang Mai and it's people are easy to fall in love with. If you have a lot of work that needs done like myself. This is probably the best decision I've made in a long time. For what I saving in marked up & inferior dental work. You can have a vacation in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. I'm giving them 5 Stars because I can't give 6.

I had been going to A Plus Dental Clinic for years but had a sudden problem with my teeth quite recently and they came to my rescue! I had somehow broken a molar and exposed some nerves but didn't realise what was happening. I went to my local dentist on the same day and my pain was dismissed as sensitivity so, I endured the extreme pain and nausea for another 10 days before contacting Joyce at A Plus on a Friday afternoon. She was very kind and accommodating and fit me into their busy Saturday clinic as an emergency case. Every concern I had was listened to and answered by the doctor, with Joyce there to translate and help. I felt I was very well looked after by the doctor and all the staff too. The dentist empathised with my situation and fit me with a temporary crown that same day when I returned for the permanent setting the following week. I am very grateful for being treated with such a high level of care during this very painful and stressful time. I cannot commend the team enough for their high degree of professionalism and care.

Amazing service. Had an infection in my tooth whilst on holiday (from the UK) and had the best service. Was given an X ray and antibiotics, antiseptic mouthwash and painkillers. It was really reasonable and the staff spoke good English. Can’t recommend enough!

My daughter had just moved to Armenia and I was having a WhatsApp chat with her lamenting that I had just broken another crown in my mouth; the second one in a month. I had gotten an estimate at a local dentist that was around $10,000 just for that upper quadrant of my mouth. So my daughter jokingly said, "you should check out Armenia for dental work. It's a lot less expensive here.". A quick check online and I was finding sample prices 1/5 of what they are in the States. I retrieved my x-rays from my US dentist and sent them out to a couple of dental clinics in Yerevan and got a response the next day from Neva Clinic. Dr. Arman Sayadyan gave me an estimate for my whole mouth. This included 8 implants, 14 crowns, and some orthodontic work. This would be close to $40,000 in the US and well beyond what I want to spend as a retiree. His estimate was approximately $7000. I was shocked. After several texts back and forth quizzing him about materials and methods, I made an appointment to go there and get work done. The work was to be done in two stages: firstly, to get the broken crowned teeth fixed, put in the implants, and get the orthodontal work done. Secondly, after 6 months of waiting for the implants to heal, I would go again to get the remainder of the work done. I figured I wanted to visit my daughter anyway, so I might as well get my dental work done at the same time. Arriving at Neva clinic, I was pleasantly surprised with their command of the English language and they promptly got to work on my mouth. Within a few days all the work was done for this first stage and I did a little sightseeing while I was there. Everything healed up well, and 6 months later I was on a flight back to Armenia to finish the remaining work. This work took approximately 3 weeks and the staff at Neva clinic delivered on what they had promised. For the first time in decades, I have a full set of permanent teeth; no dentures. They look great! The fit-ups are perfect. It has been 3 months since Neva clinic did this work and I have had no problems whatsoever. I could not be happier with the work they did. I can now smile with confidence! I completely recommend them for your dental work. By the way, the cost of flights and staying in Yerevan was approximately $1,200 each trip. So my total cost was just under $10,000 for all this work... And, I got to see another country! The Armenian people are very pleasant! So, if you are considering some major dental work, consider going to Armenia and definitely go to Neva clinic.

Exceptional Experience! Got dental crowns on all of my teeth from Dr. Parampreet Kohli at Smile Couture Dental Clinic in Mumbai, India. Great value, amazing hospitality. I reached out to them from here in Sydney after one of my friends who got a treatment there recommended it to me, they were prompt in communication, and the Patient Service Manager is extremely fluent in English. He set me a couple of video consultations with Dr. Parampreet to understand and plan my treatment. She heard me fine and suggested I get some scans, after which I received the treatment plan. Once I understood then we planned the dates on which I was supposed to be in India. I got support for the tickets, visa, and hotels before I flew from here. Once I landed, I was greeted at the airport, there was a complimentary airport pickup, checked into the hotel, very near to the clinic. Got into the clinic, and the first impression was great, the place is clean, hygienic, and very soothing, I saw the pictures of the place before, and upon reaching the clinic felt even better. I was greeted by the doctor who started the treatment. I could watch Netflix while getting the treatment done. Dr. Parampreet and her team are amazing, she is an expert, and holds the highest medical degree in India. They were so gentle and took so much care of me. Explained everything again in detail before beginning the treatment. World-class sterilization protocols and equipment. I had a 2-week long stay there and in between my dental visits, I was provided with a guide (upon my request) to take me around Mumbai, Goa, Rajasthan, Agra, and New Delhi. Had an amazing amazing time. They had kept a few days as a buffer for my treatment and made sure that I was perfectly fine. Treatment got over, they accept all sorts of payment options, and I paid via my credit card. Got a complimentary airport drop and voila, in 2 weeks I experienced one of the most lively countries and top-class care. The best part was the follow-ups once I reached back to Australia, they kept on asking how I was doing which touched my heart. Highly highly recommend them to anyone in any part of the world, just get in touch with them. They will tell you what exactly you require, no overselling, only what is required. After receiving a quote in Australia for over $40,000AUD for dental work (implants) I researched Dentists in Hanoi and found Greenfield Dental. Communication with an overseas Dentist can be a challenge but found the staff at Greenfield very easy to deal with. Once I arrived in Hanoi and visited Greenfield the practice was clean and professional. I was allocated an interpreter for my visit as I cannot speak Vietnamese. The treatment I received was first class and I have recommended Greenfield to many people, some of which have had treatment there since my recommendation. I highly recommend this dentist for any treatment. I have saved almost $30,000AUD.

Thought I’d try this dentist and it was perfect. From start to finish everything was easy and they got me an appointment within a few days for a full clean and check up which went so well. Normally during a scale and clean I’m in pain but this was so comfortable and so easy! Dr Bao was amazing and I even came back the week after to have a crown done! Definitely my go-to dentist whenever I’m in Vietnam now! Very very happy customer!
