I am so happy that choose SAM Patient Services, they offer and do deliver excellent service. In fact they have exceeded my expectations. From the very first communication, representative Berfin, was my rock and got me through this process. Arranging Transfer to/from airport in the private car, checking in and out of the hotel, arranging accompanying me in every singe appointment in clinic and offering translation when needed and making sure I was taken to the room and meeting my Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and the Anaesthetist, and even visiting me in hospital bringing me water and juices, displaying care and attention. My every single question was answered before and after. I felt confident all the way. If I ever need another procedure, I will most definitely will use SAM Patient Services again and again.

Absolutely love my new smile. When I started my enquiries back in the UK this clinic stood out from the rest, they weren’t pushy for a commitment, they were as thorough as possible with the quote from pictures, always available with my queries and most of all calmed my anxieties. From the minute I landed in Turkey the service I received was excellent, all transfers, beautiful hotel, regular contact, amazingly hygienic clinic with friendly staff with amazing skills who gave me my confidence back to smile. If you’re thinking of going to Turkey for dental work I fully recommend it here, very reasonably priced for the quality, and there are cheaper clinics however I don’t believe the service and quality could match Umut. I’ve now had my beautiful smile since August and the only regret I have is that I didn’t have the work done years ago

A month ago, I underwent a gastric sleeve procedure at Medhera's obesity clinic, and I'm already down 13lbs! I've never felt happier. Even though I travelled to Turkey alone, I never felt lonely. The entire staff was incredibly lovely; doctors checked in on me frequently, and a dietician was always available. Everyone was so kind and caring. Extractions, Dental Implants, Bone Grafts, Gingivitis treatment Dental Crowns This a long overdue deliberate delayed review as I wanted to give an honest opinion on the service as well as the treatment I received. The first visit was in December 2021, 2nd Visit December 2022. Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to the coordinator Omid who I found to be passionate, professional, dedicated, and a wonderful personality to boot, who made both of my trips immensely easier. Secondly, I would like to offer my whole hearted appreciation to Dr. Onur Ademhan and Dr. Fuat Biter. For most people who look online for medical tourism in Turkey in my case dental, there is a myriad of choices and often it can be daunting on which is the correct choice for the individual. The reason I personally settled on Perla (I had contacted 7 in total) was mainly due to the issues I had with my teeth and my oral hygiene over the years. I generally do not believe some of the reviews as I may be incorrect but most are just happy once they have an aesthetically pleasing smile. For myself, it was to fix my root cause of broken teeth, gaps, bone loss, and Gingivitis. So hence the oral surgeon was the most important aspect for me. After some extensive research coming across what clinic as well as other review sites I came across Perla and found the blogs online by Dr. Onur Ademhan. As per the standard approach, contact was done via WhatsApp. Omid was brilliant in the initial conversation and everything after this event. Once the booking of the flight was done. Omid organized the hotel, Transfers etc, and the timings of treatment on the required days. December 2021 Stage 1. Dr Onur Ademhan. Extraction of 9 teeth, 9 implants 4 upper and 5 lower. 4 bone grafts and Gingivitis treatment. This was after 3D X-ray and consultation. I shall be blunt here and I was dreading this part. But to be 100% honest I can say that the fear of the pain was worse than the pain itself. During the process. I did not feel a thing. In fact, after the first day of extensive work after 1-hour process was complete I was walking around Antalya with a mask on. It was uncomfortable for next few days. So I ate soup mainly. I had some swelling on the face. They prescribe mouth wash, antibiotics and pain killers which did the trick. In fact after 2 days I virtually stopped taking the pain killers. Stage 2 and Stage 3. Dr Fuat Biter. Shave down the remaining teeth and after 4 days of healing time. I upgraded to a higher quality temporary dentures. As I knew I would need at least 6 months to allow for the implants to heal due to the bone graft. I paid extra for porcelain dentures. Crowns etc. Which was a wise decision as they last me 12 months without issues. As I had to wait due to family reasons 12 months instead of 6. Also, Dr. Fuat Biter stayed late to make sure my temp teeth were done correctly and this I was so grateful for. Important fact. For the last 10 years I had issues with infections etc after the above treatment I had zero issues with this. I was able to eat normally after 2 weeks. Plus the temporary teeth looked good and were comfortable. December 2022 Stage 1: . Dr Onur Ademhan and another colleague who I forgot the name. X ray was done and great news all 9 implants had fused to the bone without failure. The other oral surgeon then took over and placed the healing caps. Stage 2: On said same day met Dr Fuat Biter. Who shaved the remaining teeth more. Did a 3D scan for new crowns. Placed my old temporary back so could eat. Chose natural smile and BL3 shade. As wanted to look like normal teeth shade not super white and false. Stage 3. Testing/Fitting over 2 days. Which god bless Dr Fuat Biter, he spent considerable time in my sessions with him. Testing checking to send the crowns bridges back to the lab for modifications. He was extremely vigilant considerate professional caring. I really appreciated his approach as not rushed and was very detailed tooth to tooth. Due to the trust I had in him I left some key decisions to him as he is the expert and I glad I did. As the ones I had in my mind, he did it without me telling him. Even though he did ask me what I wanted to change etc. Final Thoughts: Apologies this is a long review. But I wanted to be honest as I can be as a paying customer going to Turkey for Dental work. Hence I waited until fully complete. I have no issues at all. From a personal point of view, I recommend Perla if you decide to use them as I got the service, care, and quality I expected and received.

A great clinic with lovely people who put you right at ease. Clean, friendly and professional. They went through the procedures with me and even after X-rays meant I had to change what I was going to have done. They were helpful and thoughtful and asked me what I wanted to do. I had extractions, which I found painful in the U.K. but a tooth, a broken tooth and a wisdom tooth were all fairly pain-free and other work completely painless. No rush, no pain, a professional job and equally important a friendly and warm manner that left me less worried than with other dentists. (They also helped me look up tram times for my plane home!) Highly recommended.

The best clinic. Dr. Kubra is a great, empathetic dentist. Treatments and care at the highest level. I had 10 implants placed on my husband's 12. I finished the treatment and I am extremely satisfied. I eat and bite everything I could only dream about. The entire service of this clinic is top-notch. level from assistants to cleaners.
