Rating from 2 Reviews I cannot stop smilingClara, Ireland, 11 Jul 17

Best dentist I have attended to so far. Pat is really nice and made me feel very reassured about any treatments I have had done. He has changed my life for the better. He filled two of my front teeth to fill out my smile. Before I was so conscious of my teeth, now I cannot stop smiling. his work is excellent. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

Excellent, would highly recommend.Elizabeth, Ireland, 08 Feb 17

I had been traveling to newry for several years due to high cost of dentistry work in republic, but as I was now only going for regular cleaning I felt it was not cost effective any longer and my teeth were still not looking too good. For convenience I decided to try Monread dental and I am really pleased with this choice. Dr o Brien has done amazing work on my teeth by filling small fissures that was causing stains to build up in same. Also did cosmetic work on bottom teeth that had become badly worn by filling back of same . I feel I can smile again without been embarrassed . His soda blasting for cleaning teeth has revolutionised teeth cleaning

long consultation and tests I'd been ill for a few years. By the time Dr. Wilson saw me I'd just about given up, having undergone years of tests and misdiagnosis. Dr Wilson knew within 5 minutes what my problem was, explained it to me and put me on the road to recovery. Truthfully, his approach is so refreshing, your good health is his only agenda, and it shows. nutrition became my mantra and I would highly recommend Dr Wilson for anybody for whom the usual avenues are leading nowhere. I couldn't recommend him and his staff highly enough, imagine looking forward to visiting your doc, what a concept! :-)

Rating from 2 Reviews I would recommend Jordan to family and friendsAdam, UK, 19 Apr 16

I suffered an ACL injury following a injury playing rugby with a secondary complication of compartment syndrome following surgery (did not even know this existed), I thought that I would struggle to play again. I saw Jordan Griffiths with my injuries has been great. He guided through my rehab and explained each step in simple terms. He gave me confidence throughout that I would be able to play again I would just have to be patient. Being a rugby player himself Jordan understood my desire to get fit and pushed me in a professional and friendly manor. I am now back training and running again and I will should be fit for the start of next season. I would recommend Jordan to family and friends. The clinic was easy to find and had parking outside. It was complete with a gymnasium where I was able to increase the progression by doing plyometric work and have space to learn how to work correctly again. There is also a hydrotherapy pool which I occasionally used for rehab. Staff were friendly and I would recommend the clinic to my family and friends.

Rating from 14 Reviews A relaxed and educated experienceGWE, Ireland, 07 Dec 15

A patient in the dental chair can be traumatic, what a relaxed and educated experience and will recommended. I have scheduled a follow up appointment without hesitation! The fees are explained, because I'm private and the friendliness of the staff needs to be mentioned!. I will return and happy to do do so, because the treatment plan is detailed and affordable! Was happy to part with payment and informed of scheduling and treatment to keep the costs down, and was given dates to suite my work arrangements.

Dental Crowns €700  -  €950
A crown is a tooth-shaped cover placed over a tooth that is badly damaged or decayed. A crown is made to look like your tooth. Many people call it a cap. Crowns may be placed for several reasons. Usually the tooth has been broken or damaged a great deal by decay. As a result, a filling cant replace enough of the tooth or make the tooth strong enough. A crown may hold together parts of a cracked tooth. It also can be used to hold a bridge in place. Crowns can be used to improve appearance as well. They may be placed to cover misshapen or badly discolored teeth. Crowns can be made ahead of time (prefabricated) or made to order in a laboratory. Prefabricated crowns are made of plastic or stainless steel. They can be used on a temporary basis until a permanent crown is made. Since a dental crown that has been cemented into place essentially becomes the new outer surface for the tooth, it is easy to imagine how the placement of a crown can restore a tooth to its original shape. Its also easy to see how a dental crown can help to strengthen a tooth by way of being a hard outer shell that encases the tooth structure that lies within it. For both of these reasons, dental crowns are routinely made for teeth that have broken, worn excessively, or else have had large portions destroyed by tooth decay. The dentist will prepare the tooth to the ideal shape for the crown. This will involve removing most of the outer surface, and leaving a strong inner core. The amount of the tooth removed will be the same as the thickness of the crown. For more information, see our CEREC restorations above.
