I was treated by Oral Surgeon Dr. Melendez for a sensitive tooth extraction. Because I am being treated for osteoporosis by my family Dr. home in Phoenix—this made extracting any tooth complicated needing unusual and very delicate care for any tooth extraction. Dr Melendez was extremely gentle with this entire procedure and I had a bridge made and fitted into place the next day as the more conservative approach to replacing the missing tooth in my case instead of an implant. Very happy with Dr. Melendez who alerted me to the dental complications that can occur when treated with a drug for osteoporosis that my former US dentist wasn’t concerned about. I also had a two-molar partial made and fitted by Dr Martinez which I am getting used to now. I may return for further adjustment and crown replacements. The front office staff Alexis, Kevin, and Daisy made my visit comfortable as they attended in a caring manner to all my needs.

Friday I went to the office with no appointment 1st thing in the am, put myself right into the chair discussed a plan and price, pulled 1 tooth, deep cleaned teeth and took impressions for top and bottom cast partials dentures. Returned Wednesday and checked fit bottom fit was perfect top needed some help took another impression and was told to come back in 2 hrs. Checked fit - still was not perfect. Person from the lab come to the office had a look took a picture was told to come back at 2 30 teeth fit perfectly. Took 2 days for my mouth to get used to as have not worn dentures for 20 years. Best fit and service ever. WOULD RECOMMEND.

This is the best service I have received in my life. I had a dental cleaning with Dr. Aranxa Garcia, she took great care of me and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. The staff were very professional and polite! Consider this dental office if you are ever in need of dental services!

Very professional staff. Up to date equipment and everything sterilized during the visit to ensure the safety of the patients and staff! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. The waiting room was immaculate and air-conditioned as it was 112 degrees outside. My wife Michelle and I went to see Roberto for two implants for Michelle,she was a little nervous after getting the first stage done. When she went to our regular dentist and they told her everything was very good she was very happy. We would recommend Roberto and his staff to anyone. I spent 4 days in Progresso Mexico with Dental Artistry getting a lot of dental work done that I had neglected for quite some time due to no insurance coverage and high cost here in the US. The crossing was easy, no problems.... felt safe the entire trip. They did what is called dental imaging that was not offered here in the US and made a big difference aesthetically. The work was very professionally done, paying attention to detail and making sure I was happy with the results. They brought in an orthodontist to do my 5 root canals. I had my front 3 teeth recently done (1 year before) in the US and was not pleased with the way they looked (too big and crooked) they redid those that look amazing. Most of the upper and lower arches were redone with crowns and one bridge on top. The top arch looked like I had worn braces to get the perfect smile and was done using the imaging machine. The color matched exactly what I asked for. They have their own modern lab across the street and do all the work themselves. I have never had this level of work like this....I cannot say enough about how pleased I am and will definitely be back.

I have had an implant done by Dr. Sharon Ochoa a few years ago with great success and I am now going to have an old crown replaced by her in January 2024 at a very reasonable cost. She and her staff are fantastic and I don't hesitate in recommending Odi Dental.

Made a new upper denture. Fit much tighter & they look great. Fit well, look good. Much cheaper than in the US.

My contact with Dra. Meneses and her office staff were prompt and professional and they went beyond my expectations. My appointment was soon, I didn't have to wait, they were very flexible when my appointment worked best for me. I asked for extra information and that was provided quickly. I also saw other testimonials and video comments from her patients- they were very positive. It is a good sign when patients keep returning to their Dentist year after year. They were all great and I really like because they spoke English and they explained everything and answered all my questions. They told me upfront how much it was costing and they broke each thing done.

This clinic is excellent. I have experience with visiting dentists in many countries. The office was conveniently located a very short walk from the pedestrian border crossing and a staff member met me to show me the way. From the first phone call to walking out the door after my first visit, I was treated with kindness and respect. All of the staff were pleasant, helpful and bilingual. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Chavez was thoughtful, honest, and clear in his explanations for my treatment plan taking the time to make sure I understood the procedures and the pros and cons. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate utilizing the most modern equipment and the doctor and staff followed strict hygiene protocols. I had minor procedures, a cleaning, filling and diagnostic x-rays, and will follow up with more extensive procedures. TIP: If you are walking across the border and have global entry/ SENTRI, don’t forget your card. Walking back is a little tricky. I finally asked someone who looked like they knew. Stay to the left of the main line and continue to walk to the border gates. The locals expect this and most importantly there are NO signs to guide you. Border crossings are all a little different and that’s how it’s done at Nogales.

Had a dental cleaning, root canal, filling and crown done here. Very friendly and courteous and knowledgeable staff and dentists working here. Very clean office. Definitely recommend and will be returning for other work I need to be done.

"I am so thankful for the excellent care I have been given at Dental Design Studio in Cancun. I traveled from Chicago to get treatment because the cost of treatment was about 30% of the prices I found in Chicago. The doctors and staff are experts in their field, have impressive credentials, and are completely patient and compassionate. The anesthesiologist was excellent as well. The office staff pretty much held my hand through arranging travel. The office employs a driver who provided transportation from the airport to my hotel and back, and also provided transportation to and from every appointment here. He saw me from my hotel into the office each time which made me feel very safe and was much appreciated, especially after I had anesthesia. I was also provided transportation to a pharmacy and given assistance with making sure I could buy the right medications I needed. Dental Design Studio has gone above and beyond to take good care of me and I am grateful for each person who works there. If you are looking for affordable, top-notch dental care, do not hesitate to contact them. In the future, I will be making sure my relatives and friends consider this excellent alternative to the much more expensive dental care in my area.

My 14-year-old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Juan and he did an amazing job. She was put solely on local anesthesia during the surgical procedure but Dr. Juan worked fast yet gentle enough for a young person to tolerate the procedure without sedation. He and Dr. Karen as well as their staff are very nice and friendly. Dr Karen also kept in touch via WhatsApp to monitor how my daughter was recovering. When we had some doubts, Dr. Juan did not hesitate to send a 2-minute voice recording on WhatsApp for very clear instructions. Their clinic provides a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dental service provider.
