I have a congenital disorder that causes real issues with my teeth so I made an appointment to discuss options while on holiday after looking at lots of different implantologists in the area. He patiently answered all my questions and there was no pressure. After thinking about it for a few days and checking out every review I could find I made the appointment for a week after my initial consultation. I was understandably nervous about this quite major work (4 teeth removed and 5 implants in 3 corners of my mouth) but the whole team put my mind at ease. I had hypnosis the day before and listened to a talking book to drown out the noise during the procedure and while it wasn't a fun day out it was worth it. I was expecting pain after the anaesthesia wore off but I have had no pain whatsoever. I returned a few days after my treatment and didn't even feel the stitches being removed as it was done so skilfully, and they are happy with how I'm healing so I can return home with no worries. I would have no hesitation in recommending Smart Dental and Dr Felix to anyone. I'm so pleased.
