Veneers • Paid: ₺36460

I went to Estetica this year I had 9 veneers done. Amazing place - I’m happy I went there. Unfortunately, my son went to Savile she ruined his mouth he went to Estetica who were appalled at her work, my son needed all his front upper teeth removed because of Seville's shoddy work, a clear money-grabber if you choose a dentist in turkey, keep clear of Seville please, go to Estetica they won’t let you down, with Seville a court case is in hand.

Thank you Estetica for looking after my son.

I would highly recommend for their hygiene, friendliness and understanding

5 50 Dental Implants

I had my treatment done several years ago. My teeth were extremely bad, all the fillings were missing in the back and the front was discoloured and did not look great. I got two implants and I had them all done in one week. I came back home to Ireland a very happy person and told everyone about Gentle Dentist. They made sure that I wasn't going to have any problem in the future and I have to say once I got used to the two implants (which were like marbles in my mouth for the first two weeks) I have had no trouble since.

Went every day for five days and was taken on time. The dentist spent two and a half to three hours every day and before I left for home they brought me in just to make sure all was well with me. Everything was done under one roof. I heard about them from an acquaintance who got crowns done there and she was extremely happy. I would highly recommend Gentle Dentist not only for their work but for their hygiene, friendliness and understanding. Their offices were spotlessly clean and their prices were very keen.

I have been happy with them

3.5 50 Dental Implants, Dental Crowns

I had a full mouth of implants and crowns six years ago. I have been happy with them but my gums have receded and I need further treatment, unfortunately, try as I might I cannot find Urgar Dogan the dentist that did the work as he is no longer employed here. I am now having the problem of finding a dentist that will follow his work.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. The premises to be state of the art the treatment pain-free. I am just disappointed that I have to look for another dentist.

Excellent

5 50 Dental Implants, Temporary Crown, Fillings • Paid: ₺64222

See above- total refit

The only thing that was difficult was keeping my mouth open for three hours at a time and a not too comfortable temporary set of crowns worn for one week. After an implant on a front tooth, I had all 28 teeth capped. They were old, very yellow, crooked with many fillings and included a front cap that no longer matched the colour of the surrounding teeth. I tried to keep my mouth closed while smiling.. The final results are more than shocking. My teeth now look like a teenager's. My husband keeps staring at my smile. I could have never afforded this work in America. My husband had two root canals and a three tooth bridge in Greece at US prices (He worked with the US military). We paid more for his three teeth than all 28 Crowns in Didim. Gulnaz speaks excellent English has a wonderful "dental-side" manner and "Dr. Gentle" (in their clinic across the street) who did my implant and supervised final fitting really is gentle. Think someone should hold some US and British dentists criminally liable for their huge profits. I thank God for excellent Turkish dentistry done at reasonable rate!

Bone Graft

Bone grafting procedures are usually necessary if there is not enough bone available to place dental implants or if any vital anatomy is in the way. Today, Bone Grafting procedures have become almost an integral part of Implant Reconstruction. In many instances, a potential implant site in the upper or lower jaw does not offer enough bone volume or quantity to accommodate a Rootform Implant of proper size or in the proper place. This is usually a result of bone resorption that has taken place since one or more teeth (if not all) were lost. Bone Grafting procedures usually try to re-establish bone dimension, which was lost due to resorption.

Dental Bonding

Bonding is a composite resin that is used as an alternative to amalgams and veneers. Bondings can be used on teeth that are decayed, cracked, or stained. Procedure: The first step is to remove the decayed or unsightly portion of the tooth. The tooth is then etched with a liquid or gel and a bonding agent is then applied. This will allow the composite resin to be placed in the prepared tooth. The resin is then trimmed and polished. Although composite resins are cosmetically pleasing and easily placed, their durability is not as strong as other types of restorations. These resins typically last from 4-7 years before they begin to chip and wear away. When this happens, the restoration will need to be replaced.

Dental Bridges

A dental bridge is a connection of a crown and a fake tooth. A fake tooth will be created to replace a missing tooth by putting it between two healthy teeth while the two healthy neighboring teeth will be covered or capped with high quality porcelain crowns. A fake tooth and those porcelain crowns will be connected to each other. The bridge will help to prevent the shifting of the teeth, and also the gum disease may be decreased at the same time. Moreover, it will retain good bite and natural speech. There are 2 main types of dental bridge: Fixed bridge, the most popular containing a filler tooth attached to two crowns fit over the remaining teeth, the cantilever bridge which is usually used when there are teeth only on one side of the span of the space. Bridge is a unit of several crowns that are combined together to cover the gap between teeth. The gap left by a missing tooth can mean greater strain on the teeth at either side. A gap can also mean that the ‘bite’ is affected, because the teeth next to the space can lean into the gap and alter the way the upper and lower teeth bite together. This can then lead to food getting packed into the gap, which causes both decay and gum disease.

Dental Crowns

Crowns are an ideal way to rebuild teeth which have been broken, or have been weakened by decay or a very large filling. The crown fits right over the remaining part of the tooth, making it strong and giving it the shape and contour of a natural tooth. Crowns are sometimes also known as 'caps'. An 'Anterior Crown' is a crown fitted to the front eight teeth.

Zirconia Crown

Zirconium crowns are the most aesthetic crowns available. They are used because of their very strong ceramic material and also because of their very natural looking. So no-one would believe these teeth are not natural. These crowns and bridgework will not corrode and the normal black gum line that might be visible around a porcelain fused metal crown, will not occur, because of the strong ceramic material which is used. Also the hot and cold sensations might not occur because of the lack of electrical conductivity. Zirconium oxide has been used for many years in many industrial and medical applications. This oxide is a powdered material that has been proved to be safe and has the advantage of being white, translucent and metal-free ldeal for dental work. Titanium implants are used regularly for dental work, but some fridings have discovered titanium particles can spread into surrounding soft tissue. Zirconium implants are non-metal,prefered by many people because of this. They are the perfect choice for single slage implants, reduceing bone loss, bacterial problems as well as lessening the chance of movement.Soft tissue around this kind of implant has been studied and proved to reacr more favourably to zirconium implants than titanium implants. These studies have also proven zirconium to be much stronger and durable. tirconium oxide crowns and bridges are so strong they can be used anywhere in the mouth. Zirconium oxide can whitstand the biting pressure of the front teeth as well as back teeth grinding.

Dental Implants

A Dental implant is an artificial tooth root, or titanium fitting, that is surgically secured to the jawbone. The light and durable metal implant acts as an anchor for a false tooth or set of false teeth. Since the implant fuses to the bone, the attached artificial tooth, which is matched to the exact color of natural teeth, looks and feels completely authentic. Implants are ideal for people of all ages who have lost teeth due to injury, periodontal disease or other causes. A Dental implant can even replace a full set of missing teeth, certain types of bridges, and removable partial dentures. The best implant candidates are those with healthy gums, good general oral health, a strong commitment to oral hygiene, and enough bone near the missing teeth for the implants to attach securely to the jaw.

Dental Sealant

Sealants are a safe and painless way or protecting your children’s teeth from decay. A sealant is a protective plastic coating, which is applied to the biting surfaces of the back teeth. The sealant forms a hard shield that keeps food and bacteria from getting into the tiny grooves in the teeth and causing decay.

Dentures

Dentures are removable replacements for missing teeth. They are made out of an acrylic resin and normally porcelain or metal will be added for additional structure. The Procedure: The procedure differs depending on the type of dentures. This is a simplified breakdown of the procedure for the placement of complete dentures: A "wax bite" impression is created to help your dentist to find the exact measurements of mouth, the dentures and the color, shape, and fit will be adjusted until a perfect match is found, the dentures are fabricated and then placed in mouth. These replace all of the teeth filling the entire upper or/and lower jaws. The level of comfort depends on muscles, bones, tongue, and saliva. Upper Dentures are a little easier to adjust to. Over Dentures: These are similar to Complete Dentures but not all teeth are extracted and they use one or more natural teeth for their support. They also provide more stabilization during chewing than. On the down side they normally require more preparation. Partial dentures are placed to fill the gaps when only some of the teeth are missing. The dentures are anchored to other teeth with metal attachments. They maintain tooth alignment because they prevent remaining teeth from shifting. They can also help prevent loss of more teeth due to decay or gum disease. Advantages:, Dentures provide a pleasant, natural looking smile, they are extremely durable, they can correct problems with speech to chewing, for many patients.

Flexible Partial Dentures

Flexible partial dentures are the comfortable, beautiful, and affordable choice. It was long thought that removable partial dentures had to be rigid to be effective. The innovation of the Flexible Partial denture allows the restoration to adapt to the constant movement and flexibility in mouth. The flexibility, combined with strength and light weight, provides total comfort and great looks! The preparation is relatively simple because natural teeth don't need to be altered in any way. The Valplast partial is virtually invisible because there are no telltale metal clasps and the material itself blends with the tissue in mouth. When considering a removable partial, many people find this kind of denture to be the most comfortable option, and the final restoration can be made very quickly!

Wisdom Tooth Extraction

Wisdom teeth" are a type of molar. Molars are the chewing teeth found furthest in the back of the mouth. Most humans have first, second, and third molars.A person's third molars are their wisdom teeth. These teeth come in behind the 2nd molars (if there is room for them and they are aligned properly), usually during a person's late teens or early twenties. Typically a person will have four wisdom teeth: upper left, upper right, lower left, and lower right. In dental terminology an "impacted" tooth refers to a tooth that has failed to emerge fully into its expected position. This failure to erupt properly might occur because there is not enough room in the person's jaw to accommodate the tooth, or because the angulation of the tooth is improper.

Fillings

Composite fillings are a mixture of glass or quartz filler in a resin that produces a tooth-colored filling. They are sometimes referred to as composites or filled resins. Composite fillings provide good durability and resistance to fracture in small-to-mid size restorations that need to withstand moderate chewing pressure. Less tooth structure is removed when the dentist prepares the tooth, and this may result in a smaller filling than that of an amalgam. Composites can also be "bonded" or adhesively held in a cavity. A developed technology allows the dentist to use composite of materials to repair the damaged tooth structure White filling made from resin or porcelain is the replacement of the silver or metal color materials to make it looks more like natural. The composite filling is used not only for the damaged by decay or as a result of some other harm teeth but also to replace amalgam filling in order to improve the appearance and gain more strength for the tooth.

Gum Surgery

Gingivoplasty is a procedure in which the gum tissue is  surgically reshaped and re-contoured  for cosmetic, physiological, or functional purposes. Gingivoplasty is the surgical reshaping of the outer surface of the gums and it's usually done in combination with gingivectomy. Many patients have a gummy smile which is caused by excessive and overgrown gum tissue. Excess gum tissue can usually be removed to reveal a beautiful smile underneath.

Mouth Guard

When a child begins to participate in recreational activities and organized sports, injuries can occur. A properly fitted mouth guard, or mouth protector, is an important piece of athletic gear that can help protect your child’s smile, and should be used during any activity that could result in a blow to the face or mouth. Mouth guards help prevent broken teeth, and injuries to the lips, tongue, face or jaw. A properly fitted mouth guard will stay in place while your child is wearing it, making it easy for them to talk and breathe. Ask your pediatric dentist about custom and store-bought mouth protectors.

Root canals

A root canal is a treatment used to repair and save a tooth that is badly decayed or becomes infected. During a root canal procedure, the nerve and pulp is removed and the inside of the tooth is cleaned and sealed. The pulp or pulp chamber is the soft area within the center of the tooth. The tooth's nerve lies within root canals, which lie within the roots or "legs" of the tooth. The root canals travel from the tip of the tooth's root into the pulp chamber, which also contains blood vessels and connective tissue that nourish the tooth. A tooth's nerve is not vitally important to a tooth's health and function after the tooth has emerged through the gums. Its only function is sensory ? to provide the sensation of hot or cold. The presence or absence of a nerve will not affect the day-to-day functioning of the tooth.

Root End Surgery

Although there are many surgical procedures that can be performed to save a tooth, apicoectomy or root-end resection is most commonly performed. Following examination of the patient's mouth, assessment of radiographs (x-rays), a discussion of the options available to the patient, and informed consent, apicoectomy the following steps: Local anaesthetic is administered. The site is checked for profound anaesthesia prior to starting the procedure. The gum tissue is then raised near the tooth to view the underlying bone, the area of inflammation is identified. The inflamed tissue is then removed. A sample may be collected for biopsy, often, the tip of the root of the tooth is removed and a small retrofilling is placed. This is done to seal the tooth at the tip and to contain the infection, small sutures ("stitches") are placed and the patient is given instructions and prescriptions, generally, patients are seen twice more in the office. There is a short follow up appointment one week after the procedure to remove the sutures and to assess the soft tissue healing. A second appointment is generally six months or one year later. Radiographs are taken to assess bony healing.

Sinus Lift

A sinus lift (a sinus augmentation) is surgery that adds bone to the upper jaw in the area of molars and premolars to make it taller. The bone is added between jaw and the maxillary sinuses, which are on either side of the nose. To make room for the bone, the sinus membrane has to be moved upward, or "lifted." A sinus lift usually is done by an oral and maxillofacial surgeon or a periodontist. It can happen that there is no longer enough bone in the molar area of the maxilla in the direction of the floor of the sinus because of the bone atrophy after tooth loss. As bone augmentation in this region is possible only with difficulty, a method was developed in which the floor of the sinus is raised and bone is inserted into the cavity produced, without injuring the mucosa of the sinus, which leads to an effective increase in the bone in the molar maxillary region. This operation is called a sinus lift. This operation can be carried out under local anaesthesia and is done through the mouth so that there are no scars on the face. The sinus lift operation can often be done at the same time as the insertion of dental implants. The bone material which is inserted corresponds to that described already for bone augmentation.

Teeth Cleaning

Teeth Whitening

Using of peroxide to remove any discoloration and stains to whiten the teeth. The peroxide will get into the oral cavity and let oxygen take effect with enamel to bleach the teeth. This process will whiten the natural color of the teeth, but not destroy the surface. Use of laser, light or heat may use as an activator. Ordinary non-laser whitening systems require longer treatment times and higher energy output because of their inefficiencies. Non-laser whitening devices use just a tiny percentage of the polychromatic light's energy. The rest of the energy is wasted as heat and light, which is absorbed by the teeth and adjacent tissues, which often results in intra-operative and post-operative sensitivity.

BriteSmile™ Teeth Whitening

Laser Teeth Whitening

Laser Tooth Whitening: The treatment is to apply the bleaching agent such as hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide gel on the surface of the teeth. Then, the gel will be affected by the diode laser light to lighten the teeth. The laser wavelength output is synchronized to the proprietary whitening gel, which increases efficiency and minimizes the amount of energy required to produce maximum whitening. This results in shortened treatment time and increases effectiveness while eliminating the heating of teeth that can result in post-operative sensitivity.

Veneers

Veneers are wafer thin lamintates or shells of tooth coloured material (which can be either porcelain, ceramic or composite bonding material) that are cemented to the front surface of teeth to improve their cosmetic appearance. Many dentists use the analogy that dental veneers are for your teeth what false finger nails are for your hands. In a similar manner to how false finger nails are placed or glued to your existing fingernails, veneers are bonded to the front of your existing teeth.
