I was looking for a dentist in Maltepe. But I was very afraid of implant treatment. I came to Istanbul Dental Academy on the recommendation of my friends. All the staff were very attentive and the doctor calmed me down very well before making the implant. They made my implant in 15 minutes and it was really light, I didn't even feel it. Since I was very satisfied with the implant treatment, I decided to have my other procedures done at Istanbul Dental Academy. I told them that I was not satisfied with my smile and they told me that they could make a smile design with zirconium crown. They are extremely fast because they have their own laboratory. They made my mouth full of zirconium crown within 4 days, allowing me to have a very beautiful smile. All dentists are experts in their profession. Compared to most quality places, their prices are quite affordable. I completed my root canal treatment, filling, implant treatment and zirconium crown treatments painlessly in this clinic. I have just returned home having had laser eye surgery through Sam Patient Services. I had initially thought I would have it done in the UK but I was quoted £4,500 so I decided to research going to Turkey - I have previously been to Izmir but via a different company. Having done my research I decided to contact Sam patient services where my coordinator (Murat)asked for information about my eyesight, general health questions etc and I sent them an eye report from the opticians so that the surgeon could review all the information to see if I was suitable. I was also advised that there were several options for laser eye surgery (all explained individually along with the prices and what was included I.e. accommodation, breakfast etc) and that this could be discussed with the surgeon as to which would be more suitable for me. The surgeon confirmed that I was suitable and I would be able to have the procedure in around 3 weeks time! I then paid a small deposit to secure my booking but the remaining balance would need to be pain in sterling on arrival - this is common practice in Turkey. On arrival to Izmir I was collected from the airport via VIP taxi service who took me to the hotel - the Ramada Encore. The hotel was lovely and I had a sea view room on the 17th floor. After a short time my coordinator arrived to take payment and explained we would then go to the eye hospital (only 5 minutes away). I had several tests at the eye hospital and everything was explained to me at all stages in the process. The English spoken was very good. I was then introduced to the eye surgeon who explained more about the procedures and I decided to have the ‘Smile’ surgery. I was told I was able to have the surgery in around an hours time! I was transferred with another representative from Sam (everyone I met from Sam spoke excellent English and were lovely!) via hospital minibus to the central location to have the surgery. I was gowned up and given some eye drops and pain relief before the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery and the surgeon spoke to me (again in very good English!) throughout the procedure which was very quick. Afterwards it was explained to me about taking my eye drops and medication and I was given protective glasses to wear and potential side effects. My eyes were a bit blurry afterwards and I just wanted to close them - it had been a long day so I made sure I had all the medication and went to sleep! I was booked in for a check up the next morning where I met the surgeon again who confirmed everything was a success and confirmed my eyes would continue to improve over the next 3 months. I could see so much better already! I was also given information on the procedure to take home with me along with further medication. The next day I did a tour to Ephesus which Sam patient services arranged and would recommend. The following day I returned home! It’s amazing the difference it has made already - my issue was distance and astigmatism. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam Patient Services and would contact them again if I wanted any further procedures. I felt reassured the whole time and anytime I needed to speak to my coordinator they were really responsive to my questions. I have not been paid for this review but believe that when good service is received it should be recognised.

Amazing experience!! Thank you Doctor ❤️ I am 23 and travelling alone from Canada and I was so nervous to go abroad for my rhinoplasty. The staff reassured me from the start. They made sure I was taken care of from the beginning to the end. Even though my first flight got delayed, the driver came to get me very late and was amazing. Despite the language barrier, it was so easy to communicate with everyone at the hotel, hospital and airport. The day after the surgery, I stayed in the hospital for a night which really helped me. Being alone made me really nervous about everything but the week following at the hotel, their team was absolutely amazing and responded to all my messages and concerns really fast. Taking my cast off was an amazing experience and I am really happy with my nose despite still having my whole face and nose swollen from the procedure. They were all so kind and reassuring and also spoke my first language French which made me feel even more at home! I am so happy I chose Gorkem Atsal, he understood what I wanted for my nose right away and has an incredible team. Thank you all ❤️

From leaving the UK and arriving in Turkey I had contact through out with the clinic via whatts app, even arrange pick up from the hotel to the clinic with one of their drivers and after the procedure dropped myself and the wife back to the hotel. Price was arrange before we left the UK for the procedure which includes x-rays consultation and medication(due to having implant pain killers etc) so we had teeth whitening and also for myself 1 implant. When I arrived I had to have the more expensive implant that I originally was quoted, however due to having to go back to the clinic in 3months time I just paid for what work I had and the remaining cost I would pay on the second trip in 3months. Overall very professional and helpful to say the least and looking forward to going back.

Dr Volkan is great, friendly, very prompt with getting back to me with any queries I had and really informative with details of the procedure. Would happily come to him again for future treatments.

I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. I was unhappy with my neck and jowl area and decided to have a facelift. I think we all worry about not looking decided to have a facelift. I think we all worry about not looking like ourselves or looking unnatural. This is not the case. I still look like me but I look like I did when I was younger. I do not look at all “pulled.” the doc from Medhera has an artistic eye for perfection. He is also very methodical and my experience was seamless and flawless.

This clinic changed my life! I was never happy with my teeth, I had a number of missing teeth and discoloured and uneven teeth, Dr Kubra and Sarah called me and we talked about my treatment plan and my options. I went for Veneers and implants, for the work that was done and the price I paid was alot less than what I would have paid in the UK, There was no pain the aftercare was fantastic both Dr Kubra and Sarah were kind and caring and I felt at ease all through the process.
