Dr Sabri is the best. Extremely patient and explains the entire procedure. He performed 2 root canals at once with close to zero pain (I had an infection that was causing the pain). I feel so much better knowing I chose an A+ dentist. I will definitely recommend him to everyone. I now have little fear of going to the dentist now. My husband and I thank you. I look forward to getting my teeth fixed now.

I have been extremely pleased with Dr Sabit Dermican and the treatment I have received from Clinic Prime. From start to finish I felt very welcome and was very pleased with the professionalism and advice I received, which answered all my doubts about my suitability for an implant, in all possible languages. I had both jaws all on six treatment with West Dental Turkey. My implants healed really nicely, they were always in contact with me during the healing of the implants. I went back 4 months after to get the crowns fitted. When I saw the final result, I was in shock and in tears. I am so so happy with the result. I think back of the times when I was always ashamed of my smile, and regret not getting it done earlier. I also have to thank all the staff at the clinic, they were always with me from start to finish. My flight was landing reaaally early in the morning but they were at the airport for me with my name written in their hand. And all dentists and staff were very helpful. I thank each of them from the bottom of my heart.

I don't normally leave reviews but I'm leaving this one as I found Dr Cem after reading these reviews. The review in question said "Stop looking any further, you've found your man" and I would like to second this opinion. Here is my story. I needed a tooth removal and an implant placed to support a crown consisting of 2 teeth. I went to my UK implant dentist (who had placed 2 previous implants) and the quote was £4300, using porcelain crowns. I would have to wait 3 months for the 1st appointment and the whole procedure would take approx 10 months (3 months waiting for 1st appointment of tooth removal, 3 months to let the jaw bone heal and then place the implant, 4 months to let the implant bond to the jaw bone) so I decided to look abroad for a cheaper, faster service and I found Dr Cem. I sent him a WhatsApp message with photos explaining what needed doing and received great communication, answering all my questions. I explained to him that I didn't want bright white 'Turkey teeth' but natural-looking crowns and he reassured me. I asked how quickly he could fit me in and he could see me the following week. There would be no charge for the tooth removal (£350 in my UK quote) and he would be able to place the implant immediately after removing the tooth. I initially asked for a price for a Straumann implant (Rolls Royce of implants, so I thought) but after doing some homework, I settled for a Megagen implant (Skoda of implants, very good and successful but cheaper, 700 euros including bone graft ) and approximately 2 weeks after first contacting Dr Cem found myself in Istanbul with my daughter to have the implant fitted. Like many other reviews here I had very little pain, probably 0.5 on a scale of 0-10, and went for a meal with my daughter that evening. I came home, kept my mouth scrupulously clean and it healed very quickly, although I should add that the dissolvable stitches didn't fully dissolve so I had to ask my UK dentist to remove them. This was a little bit embarrassing but she did do it and didn't charge for it, probably because it took her less than 5 minutes! Dentists are advertising online who provide this service if your dentist refuses to do it for you. Last week, 3.5 months after having the implant placed, I returned to Istanbul with my wife for a week's dental holiday. On Monday we visited Dr Cem for the impressions and he suggested that rather than just having the 2 crowns, why didn't I also replace the other 4 front crowns because what was the point in having 2 amazing teeth alongside 4, 20-year-old goofy, poorly fitted porcelain crowns and I decided that he was right and at £340 each for zirconium crowns, which are between £600-£800 each in the UK, why not? On Wednesday we had a quick check of the 6 crowns to check they fitted OK etc and finally on Friday he fitted my new teeth and I am delighted with them. They look very natural, fit up to the gums, aren't goofy, like my old ones, aren't metallic like my old porcelain crowns and being zirconium, are practically indestructible. If you do have the option, I would recommend getting the work done over winter as flights and hotels are much cheaper and Istanbul is quieter (albeit, still heaving in the tourist areas!!). In summary, Dr Cem is a fantastic, highly qualified, highly experienced implantologist and you don't need to look any further.

Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. May they be blessed to continue the hard work, commitment and care they provide for struggling individuals who commit to entrusting their lives, vulnerabilities, fears and emotions into the hands of such good noble and humble people.

The whole process from start to finish has been amazing. Everyone at the clinic has been outstanding with their service from x-rays to patient management and finally the dentist. Ali the dentist who did my treatment gave the best advice listened to all my thoughts on treatment and gave me the smile I have been wanting for years. Volkan was always communicative via WhatsApp and allayed my fears as to getting an implant done. On the day of the procedure everything was explained and the implant provider (astra) was also on hand as support. As of a week later my implant has settled in and am looking forward to getting the permanent tooth in 4 months time. Thank you!

Dr. Mehmet Bekir Sen is a great doctor who not only treats you but most importantly listens to you and cares about you. On every visit, he knows me in depth without forgetting any tiny details. He treats me with care and love. He did not make any judgment on me. He fully understands my background, tradition, and religious issues. I came to him to have a "Hymenoplasty" surgery, so I could continue my life without suffering from the honour of virginity. He did a great job on "Hymenoplasty" surgery without any pain. The surgery healed pretty well as nothing had happened before.
