Had a full set of upper dentures fitted by Michael. what can I say, after visiting many private dental practices and still not finding the right fit/appearance Michael understood my needs and took the time to listen to how the lack of teeth affected my life. The staff as a whole are kind, polite and hardworking. Such a lovely atmosphere too. As a child in the, I was traumatised by my experiences at the hands of the school dental service which I carried through into my adult life. After suffering from years of pain through various issues with my teeth, I plucked up courage to contact Ferndale House Dental Practice to make an appointment. My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. I can't recommend them highly enough
