I am a nervous patient and I was put at ease from the first moment. The reception staff is very welcoming and friendly. They help you to accommodate your appointment around work commitments. I highly recommend Dr Schmidt, who is friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the procedure and plan for my needs. I felt all options were given to me to make my decision regarding having a denture and not just going after the money. Nurses are caring and supportive and I can't thank the whole team enough to make this my experiences pleasant despite the pain I was going through.

I've been using Harwood Clinic for many years and never had reason to be unhappy with any aspect of the clinic. It's a clean and relaxing waiting room and the dentist is the best as far as I'm concerned that's why I've been a patient there for so many years.

My daughter was extremely nervous about getting wisdom teeth removed. Right from the enquiry at reception, the staff were friendly and reassuring. She didn't feel a thing and had got over her nerves of the dentist. Omar was a fabulous surgeon. Good value for a positive experience! I have since recommended Appledore to my sister and a friend.

I visited bow house dental today for an Invisalign consultation, wow what a team! I instantly felt welcome and confident that I was in the right hands. Every single member of staff was bright, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot recommend these guys enough such a fantastic service. The staff at reception are nice and friendly, a very caring and gentle dentist that puts you at ease. Had a back tooth pulled and didn't even know he had done it. As for value for money, I've no idea but I was happy to pay.
