I've been with Matthew B for more years than I care to remember! He's the consummate professional and a leading light at Rapport! Not only is he a vastly experienced dentist, but he also has wonderful awareness of patient needs with regards to coping with apprehension, fear of pain and general concern about invasive treatment. I have been a patient of Dr Makhani for several years now and as a 66 year old have had some experience of dentists. He is a consummate professional and obviously up to date with all the latest technology. My latest visit involved a troublesome back tooth that had been giving me spasmodic pain and was slowly becoming worse. After a careful inspection Dr Makhani noticed a small crack in the tooth which made a root canal and filling pointless as the tooth would disintegrate. An extraction was on the cards but from the x-ray a curved root could be seen making that potentially problematic. Luckily expertise runs in the family and Dr Makhani referred me to his son who has a speciality in extractions. What particularly impressed me about Shahid was his overall care and determination not to extract unless absolutely necessary. After two more visits, some treatment, and advice from Shahid we decided that it had to come out. The extraction was perfectly executed and the troublesome curve in the root was removed. His advice on aftercare was very useful and I was back to eating normally within two weeks. I also received a phone call from Mrs Makhani to to check on my progress. Only downside that Swimming was not allowed for two weeks. Great treatment!

My visit was so easy at Karma Dental Care. I was in so much pain after my filling fell out and I needed help, Dr Karnan was the man to see and I found Dr Karnan so approachable, easy-going, and understanding of my needs it is truly a pleasure being under his care. It's an honor to have you as my dentist. I feel lucky every time I come in for an appointment because he is just that good at what he does. The reception looks so wonderful even though I was not there for long before I was called in to see Dr Karnan. When entering the room I noticed how hygienic it was which put my mind at ease. Dr Karnan then calmly walked me through the procedure and with what felt like seconds it was all over and there was no pain at all. Such an amazing experience, Thank you Dr Karnan. You are the best, looking forward to my next visit.

The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist, especially Dr Ali and his nurse was very nice and caring. He made my children feel right at home as if we were his own family. He provided excellent service every time and my children are happy and confident be coming here for all their future dental needs! Thank you everyone.

I cannot recommend Dr Ansu and all her team enough. The quality and care she gives to you are brilliant, you are made to feel relaxed and at ease. The dental treatment is just first class, when you leave you just feel you are getting the best dental care.

I had a genuine fear of dentist and only went if I had a problem. I went to see Dr Masood and everything changed. Very friendly and professional at all times. I received excellent care and advice throughout my treatments. Absolutely fabulous results I can’t stop smiling and have got loads more confidence. I would highly recommend Dr Masood.
