I cannot thank the Cathedral Dental practice enough. I had suffered 6 months of pain in two of my teeth. My local dentist did not want to take the risk of taking these out through concerns of complications. The cathedral practice fitted me in within three days. So very friendly which put me at my ease. Very informative and can honestly say no pain at all. I felt the price was very reasonable too. Lewis was in reception and was so cheerful I asked him to ring me every morning to set me up for the day. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am a very happy person.
I had a broken tooth that was very sharp against my tongue. I also had a tooth that suddenly fell out. I rang Toni on Wednesday afternoon after seeing her review online plus she was close to home. My appointment was the next day. I can only reiterate the views. She was lovely very efficient, sorted me how with no hassle or pain. When I went to pay her I expected to pay a lot of money. She is the cheapest dentist I have had. The clinic is clean and professional, I had an X-ray (included in the fee) and Toni will phone me with the results to see if I need more treatment. Very highly recommended.
I saw Laila the hygienist and highly recommend her service. Not only did Laila do a wonderful job of cleaning, but she also provided expert oral care advice for the maintenance and protection of my teeth. Laila was so helpful and professional and has such a wonderfully warm manner that I felt relaxed, comfortable and confident with a process I have normally felt nervous about in the past. Poldent was the only place that welcomed me to get an x-ray done so I could send it to my dentist I couldn’t visit at the time due to covid restrictions, it was very important for her to see whether my condition was getting better or not. They only took few days to see me which was just fantastic and didn’t try to make me believe I now have to be their patient for any reason. All the staff was very kind and I will definitely come back in the future as a new patient. Thank you so much!
