I had an accident which resulted in the loosening of my implant bridge. Was seen almost immediately by Dr Ben and the treatment I had was fantastic. Everything is so clean and the staff are excellent. For the treatment, I had the cost was exceptionally fair. I first went to Dr Ben 13 years ago for first implants and again four years ago, so thank you again for wonderful service.
I am normally terrified of seeing dentist- however , urgency needs was priority. I had a hygiene treatment with Nikki which was excellent. From Keskey, the ever-helpful receptionist to the wonderful expertise, treatment and care given by Nita and her efficient, calm and friendly dental nurse when dealing with this stressed out, nervy and tad terrified patient! I have been with this practice since the start and would highly recommend it to all.
Went to the Portswood surgery for teeth clean, this was my first visit. The hygienist and assistant were very professional and welcoming. Very thorough clean, not rushed, and given advice about mouth wash. Wasn't cheap, think about 100 pounds, but I felt I got good value, and they made this 'chore' as pleasant as they could.
I always feel nervous when going to the dentist but as soon as I get to Oakley Dental Practice I am instantly put at ease. I don't like injections but when he injected me I didn't feel a thing. He was so gentle. I had 2 fillings and it wasn't painful or uncomfortable at all. Within 2 hours I was able to eat and drink without any problems and there was no after pain. I have been going to Oakley Dental Practice for the past 5 years and I always feel very lucky to have such a great dentist.
