Having passed the MRCP postgraduate medical examination, he furthered his training in Radiology at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospitals in London and obtained the FRCR postgraduate radiology examination. He gained the prestigious FRCP Edin and the EBCR diploma for his work in cardiothoraic imaging.  He is a full time Consultant Radiologist with appointments at Buckinghamshire Hospitals and Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospitals NHS Trusts. He practises General Radiology at Stoke Mandeville and Wycombe hospitals and one day a week undertaking specialised cardiac imaging at St Thomas’ Hospital London. He lectures at National and European head & neck and cardiac imaging conferences. His research interests include imaging of ENT/maxillofacial disorders and cardiac MRI. 27 Years Experience Prof Dr Fikret Eren was born in Bandırma in 1971. He graduated from Savaştepe Teacher High School in 1988 and started his medical school at Sivas Cumhuriyet University. In his second year, he transferred to Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 1994 with third place. After working as a general practitioner at Ağrı-Diyadin State Hospital for 2 years, he started to work as a medical lieutenant in the Air Force Command. In 1999, he started his plastic surgery specialization at Istanbul Gata Haydarpaşa Training Hospital. After working in Etimesgut Military Hospital Plastic Surgery Clinic for 7 years in 2004, he returned to the hospital where he specialized as an assistant professor in 2011. He became an associate professor in 2016. He participated in many national and international congresses and made oral and poster presentations. He has 26 international articles published in important journals, and these articles received a total of 213 citations (h index 8, i10 index 8). Along with aesthetic surgery, he has experience in hand surgery, maxillofacial surgery, cleft lip and palate, burns, breast repair, chronic wound healing, hair-beard transplantation. He is a member of the Turkish Plastic Surgery Association and the Turkish Medical Association. He worked at Istanbul Reyap Esenyurt Hospital between 2016 and 2019. He received his specialization from Ankara Training and Research Hospital in 2003 and in the same year, Dr. He completed his IVF specialization training at Zekai Tahir Burak Hospital IVF unit. Dr. Türktekin established the Kayseri IVF Center in 2008 with a doctor partner and achieved significant success. In 2011, he worked as the managing partner of Kayseri IVF Center, which also cooperated with the Acıbadem group, for 1 year. He worked as the Unit Supervisor and Clinical Director until 2016 at Kayseri IVF Center, which was transferred to Memorial in 2012. Dr. Türktekin has touched many patients and achieved successful results thanks to his 12 years of IVF experience, patient-oriented approach and the importance he attaches to the effective use of advanced technology. He continued his work for a long time in the Istanbul IVF Center. As of June 2021, he continues to serve his patients by opening his own practice.
