I walked in off the street to enquire about a yellow fever vaccine. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful. When I went back to have the vaccination the nurse was patient, polite and gave me a lot of information. I booked an appointment for my daughter who later gave me the same feedback I am writing. I attended today for a blood test. Unfortunately, I am not easy to get blood from and many nurses/doctors/phlebotomists have struggled because my veins are small and tricky. Today Mrs. Shahida Ali was amazing, she listened to my explanation, took a little time to check my veins, and as a result was able to get a good, viable sample the first time (very rarely does this happen for me). I was very impressed by her knowledge, courtesy, understanding, and competency. Even better I was finished before my official appointment time. Definitely 5star treatment today. Many thanks
