We measure this by testing your blood sample in our laboratory, exposing your antibodies to as many as 158 food ingredients to determine if there is a reaction, and if so, how strong this is.

Armed with these results, our team of BANT and IANT registered Nutritional Therapists are able to provide you with an informative and beneficial consultation to help you optimise your diet.  Our aim is to ensure that your experience with YorkTest is as simple and easy as possible. All of our programmes are designed with you in mind. When you order a testing kit from us, everything you need to take a small blood sample is posted directly to you. All you need to do is post your sample back to us in the prepaid envelope provided and we will handle everything else.
