Having been quoted £140 for the cleaning of just one ear by another local company, we were delighted to discover Crystal Hearing in Horsham who clear BOTH ears of wax for half that price - £70. Today's visit was excellent: prompt, caring and totally pain-free treatment from John, and months of hearing problems disappeared in minutes. No parking problems, and unexpected added bonus was my wife able to enjoy a 'two for the price of one' offer, and have both her own ears tended to immediately after myself - all for that same initial £70. The result was two extremely happy (and hearing!) customers. Added treat was a brilliant coffee and the finest bacon butties from a cafe virtually next door. Not the easiest place to find, hidden in the leafy grounds of a former historic country estate just off the A24, now an upmarket and bustling industrial estate, but we can't recommed it highly enough.

I’ve been to Dan’s clinic a few times now for ear wax removal. The removal of wax is quick and painless. The clinic is spotless. Dan is very friendly and most importantly very good at what he does. Have recently recommended him to a relative.

David is very professional and friendly. I visited the centre last year for micro suction wax removal and posed quite a challenge for him. After a long time of suffering hearing loss was delighted with the results. I have just been back to him for the same treatment and again, very friendly and efficient. David also fitted my elderly mum with hearing aids last year, after years of not being able to be involved in group conversations, it has changed her life. They fit so well and comfortably she forgets she is wearing them. I would highly recommend David at Bramhall, nothing is too much trouble for him and he offers such a personal and friendly service.

Bilateral loss of hearing due to building up. From start to finish Trevor and Stephanie were reassuring. Stephanie carried out the treatment, explained every step clearly and answered any questions. End result - restored hearing for the first time in 3 months!

We received brilliant clinical attention from Clive at your surgery in Kington, far surpassing the treatment we received from another Clinic in Worcestershire. Hearwell came up trumps. My wife was particularly nervous due to her past experience and was calmed down and treated with care. An excellent service, thank you very much.

Been today I would highly recommend the hearing centre. Fantastic service beautiful place. Very very professional explain absolutely everything that was being done. Was my first visit to the hearing centre was an excellent value. Had both ears done wax removed. Thank you.

I visited ‘I Love my ears’ yesterday for the first time. I had previously attended spec savers but felt they were not as knowledgeable. I saw an audiologist called Khurshid. She immediately put me at ease and was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend people cut out the middleman and go straight to a qualified audiologist at ILME. My Husband now has an appointment next week.

I attended for a second time for an ear syringe appointment. Mr Vasant was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The procedure was carried out with care and without any discomfort.
