I booked an upper blepharoplasty after reading other reviews and speaking to the very helpful and friendly coordinator Veronika. I couldn't be happier with the entire process from start to finish. The information I was provided was great, and Veronika was always available to answer any questions I had. The aftercare, and post-op service are also very good. I cannot recommend the Catch Life team enough.

Medhera Health deserves more than a five-star rating! Everything that encompassed this procedure, including the organisation of the trip, the hospitality and cleanliness of their facilities, the patient coordinator and medical staff, and especially the care received from Medhera's Doctor, himself. I was a little apprehensive I was going to Antalya to have bariatric surgery. Medhera's coordinator listen to my individual story and successfully gave me the life-changing procedure I very much needed where no other doctor would approve me.

Generally the treatment was good. The doctor was good and professional.

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had lasik eye treatment at Febris healthcare which was successful. It was very good value and the result was what I wanted (clear vision). The staff were always supportive and helpful. The place was professional and run by qualified people. I highly recommend to anyone wishing to improve their vision.

I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I was looking for a dual mobility implant to help prevent dislocation and keep stability. This kind of implant is for people sports minded. They offer me an implant from top level -Stryker MDMx3 for my both sides. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Again, thank you to Patryk from International Patients Department and Cris for looking after me and the paperwork. All documentation needed has been filled out quickly without hassle. Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. My plastic surgeon was fantastic, he made me calm and not stressed. I am more than happy with my tummy result, it was my dream for many years. Finally it came true with this amazing team. Just back home from Prague. I had livelong astigmatism and had recently developed cataracts. I was afraid of not being able to drive so after considering a few quotes I settled for Refrakcni Centrum. I m amazed that I did because I would say it easily has to be among the top clinics for eye surgery. Dr Novak is nothing short of a magician and the care team is second to none. I wasn't anxious or nervous but I didn't expect it to be so comfortable. Absolutely pain free. The cost was less than a third of what I would have paid here in Scotland. So if you have such eye problems and are considering surgery contact this clinic. They are superb as are the results. Couldn't wish for better.

I've been wearing eyeglasses for many years. I had lens surgery at Dr Emir Dogan's clinic. I saw a little blurry on the first day, then I started to see more clearly. It's been 3 months now and I am very happy with the result. Thank you to all your team.

I came from Finland for surgery with the doctor. As the surgery would be 1/5 of the price of what I would have to pay in in my own home country. I visited the doctor and he examined me and took the time to do all the proper tests to see if I needed the surgery or not. Turns out I had been misdiagnosed and there was no need for the surgery after all!! Though I did not need surgery, I can 100% recommend the doctor since he could have very easily said oh yeah sure let's do it, and just take my money! Overall the doctor was very professional and I could see that he had a lot of expertise and accumulated knowledge and it felt I could trust him. More than that the doctor’s assistant is amazing, speaks very good English, and provided clear and informed communication along the process. Very thankful for their efforts.

It was a great pleasure to meet Dr Ebru. She is a not only a wonderful ophthalmologist but also a compassionate and happy soul. She took great care and very professionally performed cataract surgery on my both eyes. She is very dedicated to her work and patients and answered every concern in detail before surgery. After surgery, she examined my eyes couple of times and was always available to answer any questions. She was genuinely interested in my health and well-being. I've had a pacemaker installed on a hospital in South America, when I needed a check-up, I chose Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul. It was a very good choice for me. The process was very efficient and I was in the hands of very competent people. That the have a person to take care of foreign patients, is a brilliant idea. And Mr. Alisher Durdyyev was excellent. I was happy about everything I encountered here, and I'll be back in December.

Trifocal Lens Replacement (LASIK) I am not a person who normally writes reviews but I feel so strongly about the hugely positive experience from start to finish. First contact was communicating via WhatsApp with Burak. I could sense straight away how genuine he was from the first few messages and was very informative and knowledgeable. He greeted me at the clinic and again it was evident that he is an incredibly kind and helpful gentleman going above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and understood exactly what was happening. We actually ended up having quite a lot in common but he is the type of man that has amazing customer care skills and will ensure all patients are at ease. The customer care from the whole team is absolutely top class from the drivers, all the nurses, the admin staff, obviously Burak and the incredible surgeon Dr Eser Catal. Dr Eser and his team completed the surgery with amazing efficiency and extraordinary skills and I was incredibly relaxed and comfortable the whole time which was not very long. The attention to detail in the theatre was second to none. Absolutely nothing is left to chance and they are incredibly disciplined about cleanliness and procedural rules. Dr Eser is obviously and incredible surgeon but he also has an amazing, caring nature and you feel completely at ease and confident in his care. Immediately after the procedure I wore sun glasses to protect my eyes from the light which is standard. Burak then escorted me from the theatre to the pharmacy next door to organise eye drops and wrote on the boxes a simplified order to apply them 1L and 1R 2L and 2R etc. He escorted me to the waiting VIP transfer waiting and off I went back to my hotel with a pair of glasses in my right hand which were now about as useful as an ashtray on a rollercoaster and in my left hand my mobile phone which I was reading with absolute ease which is absolutely life changing. I was close to tears. Burak with military precision organised a further 2 quick follow up check up appointments and again they check everything is all good. Again, firstly I cannot overemphasise the level of customer care and professionalism I personally received from the whole team. Secondly, the price of this procedure at Orbit is fantastic compared to the UK. It was actually the best priced in Antalya also as I compared various clinics. I organised this around a 2 week family holiday along with some dental work with ease. Thirdly and most importantly, as a 47 year old. man that has worn glasses since I was 16 years old, this has been a life changing experience and I am sitting here reading and wring this review with 20/20 vision. I am writing this review as I simply felt it was wrong not to. I never leave reviews and don't engage in social media. I chose this clinic because of reviews I have read and because I am familiar with Hurghada so felt a little more comfortable travelling there alone for my procedures. The procedures I was to have were Vertical Restore face and neck lift and an Upper Blepharoplasty. From before I arrived I was looked after and my accommodation arranged for me by Mr Mohamed who is in control of the travel and tourism arm of the business for those such as myself travelling alone or with others and wish to have help with accommodation and any trips one might take on holiday. Mr Mohamed assisted me in such a kind and helpful also patient manner with my many questions and pre travel jitters that even though I was travelling alone throughout my stay in Egypt I felt safe and had someone to help me. Having been collected at the airport and taken to my accommodation the next day I was collected and taken to Time Clinic to meet with my surgeon Dr Elza. All of my collections and visits to the clinic as well as transportation to and from the airport were complementary. What can I say? Dr Elza is phenomenal many years ago I had a stroke but the effects were not very obvious or so I thought. Dr Elza recognised straight away I had been a stroke victim and from that moment on any nerves I felt completely disappeared and I knew I was in the safest hands. Not only is Dr Elza a surgeon of the highest pedigree, but she is also a warm empathetic wonderful lady whose work ethic is second to none. She is a complete perfectionist and an artist who cares 100 per cent about her patients and ensures the best results possible are achieved. Needless to say, I am more than happy and honestly feel so blessed that I found Dr Elza. I would not consider ever going anywhere else. My treatment landed up including a fat transfer to areas of my face and also my lips in particular as these had been the most noticeably affected by my stroke. The stroke damage did not make things straightforward for Dr Elza but she never stopped looking at what could be done even after the lift. Olga the nurse helped with treatments for swelling which were lovely!! The lift itself was surprisingly easy to go through. I experienced about 4 days of pain that I took a few painkillers for but after that, although still bruised and swollen the pain was gone. The upper blepharoplasty was actually painless and has had the most amazing results! I was taken care of in a phenomenal way not only by Dr Elza but by her staff her lovely nurse Olga and as mentioned before her travel coordinator Mr Mohamed. The cost of my surgery was so worth it I only wish I had done this years ago instead of all the money I wasted on filler etc. Basically I am so happy with the results my wonderful Dr Elza told me I need to return to sort out the final balancing of my upper lip (courtesy of the stroke damage and us running out of time). So I will go back again in a few months to let the artist finish her work. I know the perfectionist in her wont settle until it's done and what more could you want than someone who cares as much about your self confidence your happiness as you do!!. So this review is for any of you debating what to do where to go and feeling nervous it's a big leap I know. But this is one leap of faith I am so glad I took I landed in the safest and most caring hands.
