The consultancy service, and surgeons all had a professional attitude along side having a sincere manner on my whole journey from the beginning to the end in Turkey. It's been emotional !! By the time I opened the email from Surgery Group I had already paid a deposit with another clinic. Surgery Group quoted me over 2k less than the other clinic so I decided to forfeit my deposit and go with them. The first thing that they did was arrange a consultation with the surgeon. This was a first and it was great to speak to the surgeon who would be doing my procedure, rather than a salesman. I had lots of questions and my patient coordinator Jake clearly does not sleep as he was on hand anytime I asked. Jake gave me some past patients to speak to and this really put my mind at ease. I was pretty nervous on the day but Dr Ahmad and the technicians were brilliant from the moment I arrived. Jake has kept in touch since my procedure and has helped with my ongoing hair loss. Don't book a hair transplant without speaking to the Surgery Group. it's an education and saved me 2k.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Having visited Dr Raquel a number of times I am always impressed by her knowledge and friendly manner. I had a facial rejuvenation, which was quite uncomfortable but Dr R. administered pain relief, and numbing cream so all bearable. The effects were subtle and I was initially a little disappointed but on my return to review and see the original photos the effects were actually quite striking. No one has really noticed except to say I have had a lot of "you look really well" comments, rather than "what have you done" which was the desired result. Highly recommend Dr Raquel

I went to the clinic 2 weeks ago to have 6 largish moles removed. They have been the bugbear of my life. The staff there were very friendly and explained what needed to be done. Though the price was at the high end of what I was promised, they took 2 more off me and were very good at keeping me informed after the procedure. I had the stitches off last Friday and can certainly see some good results but clearly will take a bit longer.
