This is my first review ever on something I had an experience with. This experience is worthwhile to spread out to all women who need help. Dr. Mehmet Bekir Sen is a great doctor who not only treats you but most importantly listens to you and cares about you. On every visit, he knows me in depth without forgetting any tiny details. He treats me with care and love. He did not make any judgment on me. He fully understands my background, tradition, and religious issues. I came to him to have a "Hymenoplasty" surgery, so I could continue my life without suffering from the honour of virginity. He did a great job on "Hymenoplasty" surgery without any pain. The surgery healed pretty well as nothing had happened before. When I felt pain, I made a call after work time hours, and he called my phone number immediately to make me feel comfortable and relieved. To all women who are looking for help in "Hymenoplasty" or other treatment, I recommended Dr. Sen. He is the right person and doctor to trust. Also, It is worth what you pay for treatment under his care. So many thanks to Dr Mehmet Bekir Sen without him I could not stand up again with the confidence to face life again and complete my journey in my home country. Outstanding!! Where do I even start!  Catchlife came recommended to me by a friend who had been the previous year, this really helped in making my decision for my surgery (tummy tuck & liposuction) as there are so many companies in Antalya & Istanbul, how do you make the right choice? Word of mouth is always are great start.  After doing further research I decided to bite the bullet and choose to go with Catchlife.  Veronica my co ordinator from catchlife was always on hand to answer any questions throughout the whole process, she always checked on my progress whilst I was in Antalya and even now when I'm back home in the UK recovering.  From arriving in Turkey everything is taken care of which really eases the nerves, you immediately feel like you in safe hands and relax.  You are picked up by the catchlife chauffeur and taken to all the places you required to go (hotel, hospital appointments, airport) all you have to do is wait to be collected. You're never alone throughout the whole process. In my experience an amazing coordinator called Mari was by my side for all my hospital appointments and even when I went down for surgery and woke up from surgery, It honestly felt like I had friends with me.  My surgeon was Dr. Bahadır Çelik. I'm literally overwhelmed by him, in my consultation he listened to my concerns and to what my expectation was, he then explained how this would be achieved. He put me as ease as soon as he walked in the room as he made me feel he cared and that I was his only ever patient.  After my surgery, I was discharged the next day back to my hotel where I was seen by the extremely lovely nurse Batu! I had all the post op worries but checked on me and he reassured me all was we, Again I immediately felt calm. I'm back in the UK recovering and the support hasn't stopped even now! A lovely lady named Wema has been In touch and explained she will be supporting me through all my aftercare needs.  I'm really happy with my results so far and I 100% made the right choice choosing Catchlife to be a part of this journey with me.  Look no further these are the people you should choose to change your life.

I came for a consultation whilst on holiday in Bodrum. This was so easy it was like a jigsaw, piece after piece fitted. I had the surgery of 2 areas. 2 sessions back to back overnight. The staff worked tirelessly on my head. I had very little pain. The process was fully explained by everyone one in the team and translated into English to make sure I understood everything. The price was very reasonable. The during and aftercare was excellent. It was so easy I fell asleep naturally during most of the extraction process. However, I wanted the Estetik Hair team to have the best they could have so they could do their best to give me their best so I could look my best. Within 19 hours from walking into their office near Bitez to walking out of the brand new Acibadem hospital with a new head of hair. I have followed their instructions implicitly and am excited to see the new hair growth. I was unsure as to whether to have the treatment done and who to use. I can’t fault my experience here. From start to finish they made sure I got anything I needed and always made sure I was okay. I live in the UK and came across SE Hair Clinic in Antalya after reading their great reviews on google so I contacted them via WhatsApp for some information. Within minutes Luiza (from Patient Relations) was in contact with me answering all my questions and providing me with any and all the information I required. She explained very well the whole procedure, requested some photos of my head so that Dr. Seda Erdogan could evaluate them and kept me informed at all times. I was naturally very nervous, but Luiza was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and friendly which gave me so much more assurance. Once I gave the green light to book me in, Luiza took care and arranged all the logistics pickup from airport, hotel, transfers each day, and drop offs during my time there. From the moment I landed in Antalya everything was very well organised, and when I stepped into the Clinic I was greeted well by everyone, and they were all so welcoming. I needed approx. 5000 grafts so required 2 days of transplant at the clinic and a quick visit back on the 3rd day to remove my bandages and first wash. The hair aftercare products that were provided were also very well explained with clear instructions. The team that took care of my whole procedure smoothly - Luiza, Erdal, Hatice, Yunus, and of course Bilge whose funky crocs shoes kept me smiling during the transplant They were all so fantastic, I wish them well and thank them a lot and I really look forward to seeing the results of my hair in a few months.
