The translator explain everything and if I had open questions I can always ask. Very important point for me, that we still in contact so the way I can always ask and show pictures to them. Apart from the fact my appointment was delayed 1 hour later by the time I was already on the way to the clinic, it was a very easy and nice experience. The staff were friendly, offered me something to drink, very nice and clean building and space. The mole removal process was perfect, done within 5-10 mins by the time I met the Dr (Nurcihan) who was very nice also.
