Excellent and very efficient level of service only problem appears to be greeting at the airport. Which is very disorganised. Can't fault the treatment and the level of after care service. I'm planning to go back next year to get my second part of my hair transplant. Hotel staff is also very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic. I got my hair transplant done on the 20th September 2022

I got in contact with Mr Bora international coordinator of Transes Hair Transplant that was back in June 2019. Then there was Covid and finally, in October 2022 I flew to Istanbul. From airport pick up to hotel the hair transplant all went smoothly and was very professional. The time of writing is 7 months later and I am ever so pleased with the result. I am still in contact with the coordinator, to see the progress. In my personal opinion would I choose Transes Hair Transplant again. I would, and I gladly give them 5☆☆☆☆☆

I was and still am impressed by the level of service offered at Dr Cinik's Hospital. The feeling of being an important client is felt from start to finish and even afterwards. I felt immediately at home and being taken care of the moment we entered the clinic. We were greeted by such kind and helpful people and who always made me feel among friends. My operation was performed by Umutcan and his gentle, skillful team of experts, Zilan, Sinem, and Dilara. I am 100% satisfied with the overall experience, from booking stage, where my contact was Burcu Yildiz, who replied efficiently to all my queries, day and night, onto the reception staff which are totally heplful onto all the doctors and nurses that assisted me, and of course, the Doctor himself, Dr Cinik, who is so professional and makes you feel like you have known him all your life. The organisation of my experience from arrival to departure and the aftercare are 100% spot on. I always felt that I was never alone. These people know what they are doing. From the minute I got in the taxi at the airport everything was organised, transfers, hotel (including breakfast). The clinic was very clean and service by the staff very good. They all spoke good English and very polite. The procedure of a hair transplant takes a few hours, lunch included and then they return you back to the hotel when the treatment is completed.

For many years I had been considering having a hair transplant done but kept putting it off. One day on Facebook I came across Tetik Health based in Istanbul, the reviews seemed very good, so I contacted them. I had Tugce get back to me, she is absolutely amazing, she went through everything with me, little things that put me off having the treatment, and my worries, Tugce answered all my questions and boosted my confidence. After many years of thinking whether I should have the treatment I finally booked it. There was a small deposit to pay and Tugce arranged everything for me. All I had to do was book my flight. The day I arrived at Istanbul airport, a driver was arranged to collect me and take me to the hotel, then to the clinic the following day, all this included in the price. When I got to the clinic I was greeted by the staff who made me feel very welcome, absolutely amazing people. The clinic was very clean and tidy. The treatment was all completed that day, the following day I had to go back to get it washed. Their driver also took me to Istanbul airport the day I was returning back home. The service was absolutely amazing and I cannot fault it in any way. I would definitely consider having further treatment with Tetik Health in the future.

I came all the way from Germany to Istanbul to finally get some new eyebrows. I struggled a lot with my eyebrows so I found at the internet hairestetik. I texted them and asked for help. They answered all my questions and they are very friendly and professional. They picked me up from the airport brought me to my hotel (very nice hotel with an awesome view of Istanbul). The next day we went to the hospital and everyone was very friendly so I felt very comfortable. They gave me food, drinks always asked me if I need something. The translator explain everything and if I had open questions I can always ask. Very important point for me, that we still in contact so the way I can always ask and show pictures to them. I am already very happy about my new eyebrows and I would tell everyone that need to fix their eyebrows to go there because I felt very comfortable and they did an amazing job. Thank you so much.

I have never had any sort of surgery before. At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️
