I would highly recommend Renata, her approach helped me back on my feet after a tough patch and I feel like a new, wiser, more awake person! I came to Renata after I had had other sessions with other counsellors/psychologist and I just didn't click with them. I had just had an experience in my life that left me overwhelmed and lost. After 6 months with Renata I was solidly back on my feet and I still check in now to look after my mental health. I leave all the interactions we have felt more aware and more motivated, I cry, I learn and I laugh in each session. Renata has a very gentle approach but she gets deep to the root of problems and offers valuable, practical solutions to work through them, I felt very supported in resolving my issues for myself! This clinic is an efficient and thorough method of adult ADHD assessment, that uses a battery of recognised psychometric tests to assess symptoms of ADHD in both childhood and adulthood. They also use a range of tests that will rule out other disorders that can mimic the symptoms of ADHD, as well as look for other comorbid disorders that often co-occur with it. It works by having an initial in-depth screening in person after filling out a range of other tests at home, both by yourself and another person who knows you well. If it is decided that ADHD is suspected, you will be referred to a psychiatrist, who will confirm your diagnosis and initiate a treatment that is suitable for you. The psychiatrist will work with you throughout this process and Bergin will provide coaching on ways to improve symptoms as well as practical information on your diagnosis. It is an excellent alternative to the public route if you are in a position to do this as the process is very timely and personally within 3 weeks I had both a diagnosis and treatment initiated! Zac has in-depth knowledge of ADHD and had an excellent way of interpreting what I was saying even when I wasn't sure how to articulate it. He knows the kinds of questions to ask to find all the information he needs. I would recommend attending his clinic prior to engaging with online psychiatry consultants on their own because you will have more confidence in your diagnosis due to the extra time that is taken to look into your symptoms. I am both grateful and excited for the future having finally pinpointed an issue that has been with me all my life. I am confident that it is the right diagnosis and I have been given all the tools I need to make the best of my future. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has concerns about ADHD. Zac is very easy to talk to and will help you feel at ease throughout the whole process!

I went to Brenda after hitting some difficult times in my life and did one to one sessions and some cognitive behavioural therapy. I found it exceptionally useful, being taught the skills I needed for whenever hard times hit again and I still practise them daily. Brenda was exceptional, extremely approachable and wasted no time in getting right into it. I felt very comfortable from the get-go and would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

I had been suffering from anxiety and anger issues due to years of swallowing emotions. Martina provided a safe and trusting space that helped me work through this. I felt at ease with her from day one and she was very patient with helping me open up and deal with my issues. It was a lot of work but I am in a much better place now thanks to Martina and the work that we put in. Could not recommend enough to anyone dealing with anything similar or feeling like everything is piling on top of them.
