I use kinesiology for anxiety in children and adults. Having had a long history of anxiety and related issues I have an excellent understanding of what it is like and what helps. Kinesiology treatments which I recieved in Australia ended my own anxiety. I became fascinated by how it worked and it has become my career. Kinesiology was developed by chiropractors in the US in the 1970s. They developed a means of relieving 'stress' in the body by using acupressue techniques in a new way. In my experience all anxiety is related to the fight / flight state.
