Kristina called me the following day and took some details over the phone, she then offered me a cancellation appointment the following day where I was seen by a lady called Joanne. Joanne was amazing, great consultation, I had some treatment there and then and given follow up exercises to do at home. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I visited the clinic today for joint and back pain. I was given a thorough consultation and was given a professional opinion and an idea of future treatment. I liked the kind manner in which I was told about my problems/condition and it was delivered in a way I could relate to. I felt at ease asking questions and felt comfortable throughout the visit. I have been having issues with my lower back for a few months and as it is hard to get into a doctor and then wait for physio, so I decided to have a sports massage. Beth got to the issue and told me what the issue is. As it is an ongoing issue I will need a few treatments. Willing to pay the price to hopefully treat the issue. Special mention to Beth, who puts you at ease and is great at what she does.

Dave has been my physio for 6/7 years and manages numerous injuries/niggles from road, trail and hill running. I’m usually sorted and pain free within a couple of sessions which is great as I can continue with training. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and highly recommend.

I attended the clinic due to increasing levels of pain in back, hip and knee and reduced mobility and reduction in just enjoying life. The whole team are very professional in approach. From first contact everything was explained, there were no surprises, a smooth process from assessment, treatment plan proposed, delivery of the treatment plan + homework in the form of exercises to do at home. The cost was explained from the beginning and there are payment options. My pain levels and mobility have improved after a month, sleep pattern improved and on fewer painkillers. Have returned to swimming which I love. The appointments were worked around my employment schedule. I was surprised the assessment went beyond my presenting issue with a letter for my GP to check something out. Over the years I have spent money on different shoes and trainers I thought would make a difference and various vitamins etc, over the counter creams, personal trainers. I wished I had come to the clinic years ago - A real pearl found on a beach.

Christy is the best in the business at working out any muscle issues and won’t insist on repeat appointments when not necessary. 10/10 for excellent service.
