I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Joseph was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my stay. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I was aware of all my options. Joseph made me feel like I was in good hands, and I really appreciated his kindness and compassion. I highly recommend Joseph as a patient representative, and I am grateful for the exceptional care he provided to me during my visit to the hospital.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Dr Harry and the team have been amazing to me throughout my IVF journey. I honestly didn't think I would be pregnant sitting here writing this review given the odds in my situation due to my very low amh and being told by other clinics to consider donor eggs. I can say that Dr Harry did not ever mention these options to me and made me feel at ease during the whole process, being there to answer all my questions at any time during the day was very easy to get hold of. I cannot thank him and the team enough for everything they have done for me and for understanding my situation. I will forever be grateful as my IVF worked the first time around and I am still gobsmacked. If you are in doubt about what clinic to use I would highly recommend to stop looking and using Pelargos. I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. Rabia has perfect English and the nurses as well as the hotel staff were competent enough in English to help me. I would definitely recommend this team and Aurea Heath Group.

I flew here from Hawaii to get a breast reduction and it was a great experience from start to finish. Even before arriving Alişer helped coordinate everything and I had little to worry about. Before, during, and after the surgery everyone was so kind and helpful. I’m also very happy with the results of the surgery as well as the cost. I would absolutely recommend this hospital to anyone in my position, I felt safe and cared for the whole time even being so far away from home.

I visited the Vita Clinic to have a colonoscopy in early July 2023. My father had a colon cancer at 63 so I had to take this examination quickly to make sure everything is ok. I chose this clinic in Sofia because of its good reputation given by local people. Upon my arrival, I was very well received by the medical staff. Then I could quickly take the different pre-coloscopy tests (blood test, X-ray pictures,...) without queueing during hours. I noticed that the communication between the differents medical units are very good because each unit knew my name upon my arrival at the unit and the reason of the test. The premises are clean. So I felt quickly in confident in this clinic. I recommend it. It is very professionnal.

I got in touch with Dr Erhan from this website. My enquiry was tubal ligation reversal and his response was very fast and I booked my flights from England, met Dr Erhan at his lovely clinic and discussed the procedure which was performed the next day.
