Having never had my back and spine looked at previously and after 10+ years of carrying excess weight, I have been incredibly lucky to find Dr Chenot. She has been a magician working on re-adjusting me and alleviating a lot of stress as well as increasing my range of motion and overall allowing me to feel a lot more positive about myself. She also does a wonderful job of explaining exactly what's happening and how what she is doing is going to relieve what is ailing me. The front-desk staff is incredibly friendly also. Never have to wait more than 1-2 mins after arrival before being seen and they send reminders 24 hours before the next appointment to ensure a smooth experience. Could not be happier!

My intention is not to run a conveyor belt chiropractic practice. Rather, I aim to create an atmosphere of trust through a confident, friendly approach, giving time to listen, advise and treat, therefore providing a safe and natural health are for the whole family. This will lead to a long relationship between patient and doctor. I treat every patient in the way that I would want to be treated myself, and I always remember and respect the fact that you have put your trust in me.The clinic is situated on the ground floor for easy accessibility and there is plenty of car parking. Appointments are available out of normal working hours as well as on Saturdays.Every new patient that attends the clinic will receive a follow up courtesy call, usually within 24 hours of their first appointment, to make sure any questions or queries are answered. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising. So when you personally recommend a friend, family member or work colleague to me, as a sign of my appreciation, you will receive a €10 voucher to use towards your next appointment.

During my first year as a qualified Neuro-Muscular therapist, I developed a strong interest in Reiki healing, and qualified as a Reiki and Seichim Master in 2007.  I found that many aspects of my life began to change in a positive way, and still continue to change. After completing all the levels of Reiki/Seichim, I went on to do further  energy work with Kathleen Milner (founder of Tera-Mai Reiki), including working with Sakara and Cahokia energies. While working part-time as a Sports Massage and Reiki therapist, I returned to College, this time to study Naturopathy. I was interested in learning in-depth about topics including Bach Flower Remedies, Tissue Salts and Iridology, so that I could integrate this knowledge into my Energy Healing and Sports Massage practice.
