Ashrina was very good. I've only had one session so far and already she was able to offer me great insight. We have another session booked and I'm already looking forward to it. Would highly recommend already.

I struggled with my gender identity & sexuality for the longest time and have been to several therapists over the years to address my issues especially my debilitating episodes of dysphoria. I found relief and peace when I finally came to terms with my ‘authentic self’. Inner child work was difficult initially but rewarding in the end. I have been seeing Ashrina for a number of years now. My treatment plan was (CBT) and counselling Therapy. Ashrina always went above and beyond for me. She always created a safe environment at her practice for every session.

As a young person, it can be extremely hard to open up or connect with a stranger. With Ashrina it was never the case it always felt so natural. Ashrina always made me feel as though a problem shared is a problem halved. I always looked forward to each session I had, as it was always my safe place and I knew I’d never be judged. She is so caring, kind-hearted and very compassionate in all she does. I would highly recommend Ashrina you’d be hard-pressed to find anyone like her.

I was a client of Ashrina’s for just over a year. I found it an extremely worthwhile experience. Ashrina is very patient and intelligent, she gave great advice and stuff to take away with me between sessions and was always able to fit me in at the last minute if something popped up. I grew and matured and better myself immensely in the year I worked with Ashrina and I would recommend her to any one struggling with grief or big changes in their lives.

I chose Ashrina as I was the rug was pulled out from underneath me and I had no idea where to go or what to do and a friend sent me her information. I emailed the day and got a phone call that night and off we started. My work with Ashrina is something I’m proud of myself for doing and all my friends know her by name from my many stories after sessions. I did all my sessions over Skype as I found it much more comfortable to open up from the safety of my own bedroom and I’m a big crier so I didn’t have to worry about leaving her office with a big splotchy face!

My long term partner cheated and broke up with me via text while I was grieving the loss of a mother figure in my life and I couldn’t make head or tails of my feelings. I felt like I couldn’t ever be okay with that.

Another family member to nurse once again to that Big (C) that had taken half of my family already. Now this was the 4th person I had loved & now she was going to be taken away from me now too. I was in a very dark place... if I had not met Ash - the real 100% angel who got me to think, feel, see, and come alive again with the pent up emotions & fear that were trapped inside my head. She thought me how to set them all free and take in only all the positive things all around me in my life. So I did this one step at a time until I felt I could really breathe normally again. Over the years I had attended 2 different therapists and a therapist who specialised in CBT and ended up leaving after a few months and then I met Ashrina!!!

I was just 24 when I walked into Ashrinas office. I was in the darkest place of my whole life. I was molested from the Ages of 4 to 11 on a constant basis by a male relative. I was also raped at the age of 14 and suffered also with being bullied through all my teens. I was and still am an extremely positive person but when I went to see Ashrina I was broken.

It was an immediate connection I had with her. I can honestly say I would not be here if it wasn't for her! She even brought my boyfriend into one of the sessions to explain to him how I feel because I was so scared to open up. During the period of 1 year I was with Ashrina I finally gained the courage with the help of Ashrina to tell my mother and father that I was molested! There were times in our sessions I was so angry thinking "I will never tell my parents, I can't tell my parents. Why won't she listen" but here I am today after telling my parents.. I have also confronted the man who molested me and controlled me for so many years.

I felt so empowered and felt I had my strength back. I felt I finally figured out the strong woman I am after never really knowing who I was!

I could never have done this without Ashrina. I can't explain fully how amazing she is because I could be writing for hours and hours.

I went into her office not even knowing where to start. I started at rock bottom and with Ashrinas help she brought me to the top of this massive hill I could never have imagined climbing! She truly is my guardian angel and I know that sounds so cliché but if anyone out there is suffering please reach out to Ashrina and you too will persevere!

I found myself in a position where I had no self-esteem and overwhelming anxiety about even the littlest things. A friend of mine recommended Ashrina to me and once I started seeing her I felt an almost immediate change in my outlook on myself, my behaviour, and others. She is very direct and doesn’t beat around the bush but is also incredibly empathetic. I found myself empowered and even healed every time I left her clinic. I cannot recommend her more, as she has helped me, and others I know who have also gone to her, tremendously.

Before I met Ashrina I was really struggling I could not see a way out and had so much self-loathing and in a deep depression. Ashrina worked with to get me back to me and have the tools to face life head-on and have a love for myself. That is okay to not be okay and to get help. I cannot describe how much she has helped me her caring nature but also combined with honest advice helped come to terms and face my issues head-on.

I spent over 5 years, going through different therapists, psychiatrists and psychoanalysis and Ashrina were the first to actually make a difference to my mental health.

She was very understanding, but also very direct in how you can help yourself and move forward.

I am a therapist myself and cannot more highly recommend Ashrina. She is a good listener, empathic, insightful, thought provoking and kind.

During our sessions we discuss many issues as they arise for me and I find Ashrina most helpful.

I went to Ashrina for nearly 10 months for CBT for anxiety. She was extremely professional and welcoming. It was very easy to set up an appointment with her. I cannot recommend Ashrina enough, I greatly benefited from the treatment.

I went for CBT with Ashrina and I must say it has helped me greatly. I went because I knew I needed tools to help me through my dark times. I gained these tools through CBT and I feel like I now know myself a lot more. I feel more in control and in touch with myself. I would recommend anyone to go to CBT, I believe it would be beneficial to us all.

I chose this clinic because it was in the city centre so it was easy to get to. My first impressions were great. I was welcomed in with a smile and I found it very easy to talk with Ashrina. She is very understanding and instills an air of calmness. Highly recommendable.

I battled with cancer for the past 5 years, my wife died 2 years ago and I suffered from clinical depression and bouts of anxiety. I have been seeing Ms Fallon for over a year and I must say she has helped me tremendously through my darkest times.
