I wrote a review on the 26/07/2021 after being treated for smoking by Cormac. Just wanted to update my review and let you know that it is almost 2 years now since I’ve quit smoking. Once again I want to say a massive thanks to Cormac. This has changed my life. I have also referred family and friends to Cormac who he has treated successfully as well.

I would highly recommend Renata, her approach helped me back on my feet after a tough patch and I feel like a new, wiser, more awake person! I came to Renata after I had had other sessions with other counsellors/psychologist and I just didn't click with them. I had just had an experience in my life that left me overwhelmed and lost. After 6 months with Renata I was solidly back on my feet and I still check in now to look after my mental health. I leave all the interactions we have felt more aware and more motivated, I cry, I learn and I laugh in each session. Renata has a very gentle approach but she gets deep to the root of problems and offers valuable, practical solutions to work through them, I felt very supported in resolving my issues for myself! I would highly recommend to anyone who feels a bit lost and doesn't know where to start!

I would highly recommend Tatjana to anyone. Every appointment with Tatjana was beneficial, worth every hour of my life. I had trust issues and many other issues that come from childhood. Many of them I didn’t even think are affecting my life. We went through a lot of them and I saw a whole new world around me that I’ve never noticed before, I became more positive and learned how to resolve problems that may arise along my journey called life. I now know myself and love myself, I see myself, hear myself and live in peace with myself. I am so thankful I met Siobhan, she changed my life! I have never been so thankful to meet Siobhan. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is so caring and has stayed by my side right through my difficult times. Siobhan has thought me brilliant techniques to do while in distress. I have attended Siobhan's sessions since October 2020 and since then I have become the person I have always wanted to be, and I cannot thank her enough for being the person who helped me along. She creates such a nice atmosphere from the moment I enter the room, I was nervous for my first session but that quickly went away as I talked to her as she made me feel so comfortable. I have a long road ahead of me but I couldn't be happier that it's with Siobhan. I look forward every week to my sessions with her and I enjoy them so much that the hour-long session feels like it was ten minutes. I feel so relaxed and in such a better mood after coming out of the sessions. I feel I've created such a good bond with Siobhan that I am extremely grateful for. I highly recommend Siobhan!
