After obtaining the title of specialist in Urology, it has joined the team of International Andrology in 2013, serving first in Athens, Dubai, and currently also in Rome. He is interested only in urogenital surgery, performing more than 200 operations per year genitals. His areas of interest concerning, in particular, the management of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, and the surgical treatment of Peyronie's disease. He co-developed and improved several surgical techniques for the treatment of Peyronie's disease as a member of the team of International Andrology.

Mr. Giulio Garaffa was trained in Italy and the UK before being appointed as a Consultant Uro-Andrological Surgeon and Honorary Senior Lecturer in Urology at the Institute of Urology, University College London Hospitals. He is considered one of the leading experts in the field of erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, complex penile reconstruction, microsurgery and infertility. He has been awarded an MD on vascular and nervous microsurgery and more recently a PhD on the genetic basis of male factor infertility. One of the largest penile prosthesis implanters in Europe, he performs more than 300 complex penile reconstruction procedures every year. Very active in the field of clinical research, Mr. Garaffa has published more than 100 articles and book chapters in international journals and is regularly invited worldwide to give lectures and to perform live surgery. A fellow of the European Committee of Sexual Medicine, Mr. Garaffa is also part of the educational committee of the European Society of Sexual Medicine, which strives to provide excellent standards of training in the field of Andrology and Sexual Medicine to Urologists. He is a dedicated and well-recognized trainer in Andrology and Reconstruction and he often runs international training courses for Surgeons.

Dr. Kam Mann is an experienced Physician with a specialist interest in Andrology, Men’s Health and Sexual Medicine. He has studied and worked in the UK, USA and New Zealand. He continues to working in the NHS Andrology unit at University Hospital Southampton and he offers private practice services through International Andrology London. Dr. Kam performs assessments on patients with erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, xxx deficiency and penile curvature including Peyronie’s disease. He also offers men’s health lifestyle assessments. He is a trainer and appraiser of doctors and upholds a strong belief for providing high quality, safe, evidence based, client centred medical care. Dr. Kam has been invited as a speaker and chaired scientific meetings in the field of men’s health and sexual medicine.

Dr Franklin Kuehhas is a specialist in urology and andrology, as well as the founder of International Andrology Vienna and Medical Director of International Andrology.

Already during his training as a urologist, Dr. Kuehhas recognized his main focus in male genital surgery. His focus is on the treatment of congenital and acquired penile curvatures.

Dr. Kuehhas is one of the few doctors in Europe and worldwide to have a special education in reconstructive andrology with a focus on genital surgery. He received this training at University College London, the world's leading university clinic for reconstructive andrology.
