Hi I'm Karl and I run My Chi. I have been in practice for the past four years as an acupuncturist and for eight years before that as an acupressurist. I trained with the CACMS in Beijing and also studied both Chinese and Western herbal medicine. Through my martial arts training I learned tai chi and qi gong (a form of energy work and breathing exercises). I also have fitness instructors certification from WIT and work as a personal trainer and nutritionist.
In practice I deal with everything from sinusitis and bad backs to infertility to IBS, depression, weight loss, fibromyalgia and many more conditions both simple and complex - working to balance the mind, body and spirit and bring the client back to health.
I also practice Shiatsu massage, tuina Chinese massage and Indian head massage.
