I have practiced Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for 15 years. I have clinics in Millstreet Co Cork and Killarney Co Kerry.  Acupuncture is part of an ancient and sophisticated form of medical treatment. Here she studied under Professor Jin Huide and Dr Wu Jidong, from the University of Traditional Chinese medicine, Nanjing.  In 2007, Gillian travelled to China to complete further training in Acupuncture at the Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. My name is Anne O’Conor and I am a qualified registered general nurse, midwife and licensed acupuncturist. Itrained in General Nursing in the Mater Misericordiae Hospital and in Midwifery in the Coombe Hospital. I studied and successfully completed acupuncture and alternative therapies training in the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dublin and continued my training in Shiatsu, Rei-Ki and Holistic Massage in Brussels while later completing my studies in Indian Head Massage. I am a member of the Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Organisation and the Irish Nursing Bord ( An Bord Altranais) and treat in a number of clinics around Dublin, including my own clinic in Dun Laoghaire.
