I’ve been coming to Christine for almost a year now. Initially, I went to her for help with the loss of my mum, as I was struggling to cope with my feelings which had a knock-on effect on my self-confidence and health. Christine helped turn my life back around, get me back on track and I continue to see her for “maintenance” appointments every 2-3 weeks to ensure I keep on top of both the mental and physical side of my health. I wouldn’t have got through my loss and got back to where I am now without Christine’s help. I can’t recommend her highly enough. I was surprised to hear how acupuncture can help with the mental and emotional side of health. As well as the physical and am so pleased our paths crossed. Christine is a very understanding lady who holds what you share with her in the highest confidentiality. Her calm and gentle manner make for a while round great treatment experience.

My mother has been having treatment from Ruth. I find that the professionalism as well as the friendly yet good quality service that she receives from Indergaard I would happily recommend them. Ruth makes certain that she understand both what she is doing, why and what needs to do in between sessions. Consultation was basically very tidy. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Andrea was very professional with lots of questions and valuations and then proceeded to explain what could be done what was involved and explain the pluses and minuses. Sranya provided acupuncture to me in the lead up to IVF, and twice on the day of implantation. I had not previously undergone acupuncture but found Sranya to be extremely professional and helpful in explaining how the process works. Sranya went above and beyond during my IVF journey and, at short notice, ensured that she was available to provide me with two sessions on the day of implantation which included her staying late that day to accommodate me. My IVF was successful, and I now have a beautiful baby. I cannot recommend Sranya highly enough and I am so grateful for her expertise.
